Who We Are
Laceratus was formed in early TBC and has become a solid Alliance guild on the Illidan PvP server. We rely on a smaller roster of close knit raiders to continue our constant progression while maintaining a casual schedule. We provide competitive progression and a fun atmosphere while giving you plenty of time for the real world. The server itself is host to an amazing community of players who excel at both PvP and PvE.

Progression
Focus on continuously clearing all of ToC (25 and 10) weekly.
We're 13/14 in both normal and heroic Ulduar.
We've downed Orbituary, Heartbreaker, 1 Tree Freya, and Rare Cache in heroic Ulduar and only have Vezax/Yogg hard modes left in normal.
Completed Glory of the Raider before 3.1.
Completed all but Immortal in Heroic Glory of the Raider.

Current Focus
Our current heroic focus is Freya and Thorim hard modes. In normal we knocked out all hardmodes before 3.2 was implemented and still continue to run through until they remove the drakes.

Who Do We Want
What we are looking for are raiders with the a great attitude, solid attendance, thirst for knowledge, and dependable performance. We want people who care about the guild's rank and seek competitive performance. Most classes and specs will be considered but our top priorities are:

Holy Priest
Warlock
Hunter
Shaman (Resto/Ele)
Resto Druid

What Do We Expect
You must have 75% or higher attendance and show up on time.
You must ensure an officer knows if you wont be raiding or will be late on a given day.
You must know all fights prior to engaging them.
You must be completely prepared with proper quantities of all consumables.
You must be an active participant within our forums, vent, and groups, and chats. Communication is key.
You must understand the inner workings of your class to it's full potential.
