About Us
OOB is looking for dedicated raiders who want to achieve high levels of progression while raiding only nine hours per week.
OOB has been raiding on Kael’thas since level 60 Molten Core. Our core group of officers and raiders have been together for several years. Although we strive to reach high levels of progression, our goal is to do so on a limited raiding schedule. Accordingly, we strive to be as efficient with our members’ time as we can.

Our current 25 man progression is 3/5 heroic ToC (3/5 Trial of the Grand Crusader). We were 6/9 Ulduar 25 hardmodes. Although we do not focus on 10 man raids, we do run them on off nights on a totally optional basis, and we have achieved A Tribute to Mad Skill in heroic ToC 10 (Trial of the Grand Crusader 10) and were 14/14 Ulduar 10.
Our raiding schedule is Thu-Sat 7:00-10:00 server time, which is CST.

About You
We are always looking for exceptional applicants in any class. Specifically we have immediate openings for the following:
- resto druids
- moonkin
- warlocks
- resto Shaman
- dps warrior
The most important things that we are looking for in our members are
- Knowing your class well and playing your class to the best of your ability
- Coming to raids prepared, meaning your toon is ready to raid and you know our strats and you are ready to raid
- Consistently good attendance. Can commit to at least two of our three raiding days – the same days every week – and show up 100% to your chosen days unless there is an emergency. The more days you can commit to the better.
