We're looking for a few more dedicated and competitive raiders to beef up the squad for Icecrown.

We're 4/4 on ICC10, 3/4 on ICC25 and we're looking for people to challenge our existing members and be part of a consistent and winning team.

Our big needs are in the caster department, specifically Shadow Priests, Warlocks and Elemental Shaman. We're always interested in giving anyone a shot if they feel they can provide superior firepower, excellent heals and raid awareness or top notch tanking. We want new members to compete on DPS, always bring their A game and be prepared with an understanding of current strategies for every fight.

We are sorta full on Rogues, Mages and Druids right now but if you're awesome feel free to apply. If you have trouble staying out of fire, don't show up to raids on time and have a flaky internet connection you're not our target audience.

Ideal applicants will be appropriately geared for ICC 25 (ie 12/14 of your gear should contain properly enchanted and gemmed ilvl232 and above gear with no PVP pieces). If you can provide a WWS/WOL from a recent raid you were in to show competency at your class that'd be great too.

Raid times:

1:30p - 5 EST / 11:30a - 4 CST / 10:30a- 2 PST -- Monday through Friday (5 days)

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday are the core ICC25 days, Friday and Monday are for ICC 10 runs.

Raid days may change as we progress in the content and start clearing things faster. We're also starting alt runs through ToC and ICC on the weekends (usually Sunday) for people who want to do that. As we progress in the content and get faster clears, we've had Friday as an optional retro-raid day where we go farm for mounts or whatever.

I don't have any idea what the progression of the rest of the server is. We raid at an off time so it's really unfair to even attempt to make comparisons to a daytime guild when the recruitment pool is significantly limited compared to the night. I'd assume it's fairly typical of any high pop server with a handful of algalon kills and 45+ heroic attempt kills and what not and a whole ton of average guilds who aren't quite at that point but aren't necessarily bad.
