Raid Times: Raid invites begin at 6:30pm Central, with the actual raid starting by 7:00pm Central. Our raids end at 11:00pm Central.

ICC 25 Normal: 12/12, Starting hard modes next week.
ICC 10 Normal: 12/12, Starting hard modes this week.

Class/Spec Needs:
We are looking for the following to kick off our Icecrown Citadel hard mode raiding where we are strongly motivated to move out of the #2 server spot, and finally take something from the alliance:
1 Elemental Shaman - Extremely High
1 Demonology Warlock- Extremely High
1 Restoration Druid - High
1 Balance Druid - Medium
1 Shadow Priest - Low
If your class/spec is not listed here, but you feel that you are simply an amazing player and an amazing fit for our style of guild, then feel free to apply anyway. Any high quality application is always seriously considered, regardless of our current recruitment needs.
About Focus:
Focus is a progression focused raiding guild with a sometimes silly edge. We joke around a lot, but on bosses, it's always 100% serious time. We need applicants to be dedicated, fun loving, skilled, and able to attend 75% of our raids at least.
For a long time Focus has been the #1 Horde guild on Thunderlord, we've had our ups and downs competing with the heavily populated alliance side, and hope to overtake them during ICC hard modes.
About You:
We want you to be experienced with as many current encounters as possible.
We want you to be as geared as you can possibly be for your current level of progression.
We want you to be a communicative person who responds well to criticism.
We want you to be the kind of player to read ahead of time on all upcoming changes, and accepted top level specs, gem choices, gearing, glyphs, and the ability to execute this information.
