We use loot council and have never had any complaints.

History:
Sick originated on Elune in November 2004 under the name RIP co on the same week that WoW was released. Since then we have changed our guild name several times and eventually decided on the name Sick. We were always the best raiding guild on Elune, but felt that the dilapidated state of the rest of the server was holding us back and making the game generally less fun. This left us no choice but to transfer to a more populated server with a stable raiding environment.

Wrath Progression:
25 Man
ICC - 4/12
Trial of the Crusader - 5/5 TotGC, Tribute to Mad Skill.
Ulduar - 9/9 HM, GotUR25 and Algalon down.
Naxx/OS/Maly - All Clear Including 3Drakes.

10 Man
ICC - 4/12
Trial of the Crusader - 5/5 down, 10 man hard mode fully cleared, and with Tribute to Insanity. (Also, Tribute to Dedicated Insanity)
Ulduar - 9/9 Hard Modes Rusted Drakes Complete, Algalon down.
Naxx/OS/Maly - All Clear.

Pre-Wrath

MC-AQ&Naxx: Cleared up to 4 Horsemen Including C'thun.
Karazhan-Sunwell: We were a top 100 US guild in Sunwell, but due to attendance issues and poor recruitment opportunities we basically stopped raiding at twins about 6 months prior to the release of Wrath. Eventually a few months after Wrath we reformed with about 90% of our original members.

1 Resto Shaman (High)
1 Holy Paladin (Medium)
1 Resto Druid (Medium)
Any exceptional player

These are Immediate Openings. We will also consider any and all exceptional apps.

Requirements:
Attendance - We ask that all raiders maintain at least 90% raid attendance, as we only raid 3-4 days a week.

Gear - We ask that all apps be at least on a normal ToC 25 Gear Level. We expect gear to be properly gemmed, enchanted and itemized. Having a good offspec set is also a major plus.

Personality - There's no cliques or drama in this guild. Outside of raids we pretty much just hang out on vent and pvp, raid on alts or play games other than wow together (Lately, Modern Warfare 2 on PC and 360 both).

Tuesday: Non-Mandatory Raids
Wednesday: 8-12pm EST
Thursday: 8-12pm EST
Friday: Non-Mandatory Raid Night: Naxx 25 Alt Run
Saturday: Non-Mandatory Raids
Sunday: 8-12pm EST
Monday: 8-12pm EST

Raid times are very flexible. For instance, we may choose to raid on Tuesday and not Thursday and we'll often take Monday off.
