Assiduous Wake is a horde raiding guild working the 10 person raid track on a light schedule. We are currently recruiting to fill some vacancies on our raid team. Folks are welcome to inquire even if we are not publicly recruiting for your role at the moment, but the following positions are immediate openings...

1x DPS: Ranged Prefered. Hunter or Moonkin a plus.

Raid Schedule (Server/Eastern Time)
Tuesday 7:00pm - 11:00pm
Thursday 7:00pm - 11:00pm

What you can expect from us…
Our focus is exclusively on the 10 person raid progression. We are mostly working adults with families, and/or real world responsabilities, which is why our raid schedule is light. We don't think of ourselves as "casual" though. That imples (to me) that we field something less than a true progression focused raid team. We do spend a lot of time, during trash and farm-status content, messing around in chat/vent. Pushing into new content is very important to us, but so is the laid-back and friendly atmosphere we try to foster. You won't find any aggressive raid leaders with bull horns in our ranks.

We have completed Naxx, Ulduar (through Yogg), and ToC. We have made it though the first two encounters in ToGC (prior to 3.3 no "Strict 10" guilds had cleared the instance and very few had made it further than us), and we have cleared the initial 4 bosses in ICC.

What we will expect from you…
We need people who can bring their A Game. We need consistent performers who can be there and ready on our scheduled nights. Candidates should have the skill and gear to dive directly into ICC. Our limited raid schedule increases the responsibility of individual raid members to know their class and the content. We need people to do their homework on common strategies for boss fights so they have some understanding of what they should expect as we progress into new content. We’re also hoping to establish real friendships. The whole point of keeping the guild small and working the 10 man progression is to create an environment where everyone is familiar with each other and nobody is just a number. Not to mention the fact that we kind of like the greater sense of personal responsability for our hard earned victories.
