About Us:
<Blight> is opening recruiting! To help gear raiders for HM encounters we split the guild into two 25 man groups for normal ICC. G1 with 75% mains 25% alts and G2 with 75% mains 25% alts. This allows us to collect twice as many Protector's Mark of Sanctification as most other guilds. You don’t have to have an alt to join. The point of this is to help gear the mains for the HM encounters. We have been running this dual raid for months now, with terrific results. We ended 3.2 with 4/5 HM ToC.

A vast majority of us are long-time gamers that were playing MMOs long before WoW existed. We theory craft. We research. We watch videos. We do everything we can to help each other out and make ourselves and each other better players.

The average age in the guild is somewhere between 25-30. We are looking for other mature gamers looking to get content down fairly rapidly and have a good time progressing. We're not interested in annoying people that constantly talk about the gear that they "need," or that can't focus during boss fights. Complete sentences are not a rarity in guild chat.

About you:
We are specifically seeking reliable players who know their class. We want someone who theory crafts for them. We want someone who enjoys doing their own spec and class research and does not require assistance with hit/shot/cast rotations. We want someone who has mastered their class. Over the age of 21 is a plus.

If you cannot make a minimum of 85% of our raids, please do not apply.
If you have to miss a specific day every week, please do not apply.

Lower level gear we can work with! Please come ready to raid.

We will always take the time to read a well written application by a serious raider, even if your Spec / Class is not specifically needed.
