Who we are:
Empire is one of the oldest and most respected raiding guilds on Detheroc; we trace our heritage back to Sargeras before the free transfers several years ago. We are focused on progressing efficiently as possible through all content blizzard puts before us. Our Raids our focused and efficient with little wasted time, we excel at learning new content quickly and move it to farm rapidly. We are a mature guild with the average age of our members being over 25. We are a guild committed to continuous improvement.

Our raiding schedule:
Tuesday: 7-10:30 Server (CST)
Wednesday: 7-10:30 Server (CST)
Thursday: 7-10:30 Server (CST)
Raids will occasionally go up to 11:00 or be added to the calendar on Monday when pushing for faction\server firsts.

Our Current Progression:
Icecrown Citadel: 6/7
Heroic ToC 25: 4/5 with numerous sub 20% wipes
Heroic ToC 10: Tribute to Insanity
Ulduar 25: Algalon and Glory of the Ulduar Raider(25) completed
Ulduar 10: Algalon and Glory of the Ulduar Raider(10) completed

What we expect from you as a raider:
Attendance - Our goal is to recruit spots only as needed and not to overfill roles so raiders don't have to frequently sit. Because of this, if accepted, it is crucial you would be able to attend nearly all our raids. We ask for our core raiders maintain 90% attendance or better.

Preparation - We expect and assume you know your class very well. We also expect you come to raids with a full understanding of our the progression fights and your role in executing the planned strategy. We are looking for players who continually evaluate their own performance and are always looking for ways to improve. We also expect you to have a firm understanding of gearing your character and the BiS items for not only your class but those you will be competing against for loot.
