[Alliance][Draenor] <Mostly Dead> (T,Th,Sn 9pm - 12 PST) LF Main Tank Healer
 

We are currently looking for an experienced main tank healer. Preference goes to a Holy Pally or Disc Priest but we are also interested in experienced healers that have a strong DPS off spec as we've been experimenting with reducing the number of healers for certain fights.

About us:
Mostly Dead is a mostly friendly guild of later night raiders. We raid late because most of us are between 25 and 50+ years old with family or kids and this allows us to use rare free time for our raiding addiction.
We've are a successful 25 toon raiding guild especially considering our 9 hour raid week. We also have invested 10 man raiders as well.
Most of our raiders have been raiding together since BC ( some since Vanilla ) but we are not exclusive or elitist towards new people. We are seeking people that can move and maximize their effectiveness. Good attitude towards countless wipes as we learn hard encounters is a must. And we expect that our players do as much as they can to learn, gear, and raise their skill levels outside of raid.

Some interesting information about our guild:
Progression: Mostly Dead on Guild Ox
Loot system( 25 man only ): EPGP 20% Decay, Time based Awards + Bonus
Rotation System: We keep our 25 man raiding roster at a set amount of raiders over 25. We then have a rotation week for each raider where you are eligible for full effort points but as a standy-by. TANK 1/4 weeks Healer 1/4 weeks DPS 1/4 weeks. Of course the raid leader can change composition at any time.
Commitment: We expect people to raid 2 nights a week at the minimum.
Time slot: 9pm - 12am Pacific Time Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
PvP: Currently we are not very active in pvp as a guild although some individuals enjoy it.
