About Us:
<Blight> is opening recruiting! We are looking for highly active and competitive ranged DPS for which we have immediate spots available in an effort to round out our raids. We ended 3.2 with 4/5 HM ToC 25.

A vast majority of us are long-time gamers that were playing MMOs long before WoW existed. We theory craft. We research. We watch videos. We do everything we can to help each other out and make ourselves and each other better players.

The average age in the guild is somewhere between 25-30. We are looking for other mature gamers looking to get content down fairly rapidly and have a good time progressing. We're not interested in annoying people that constantly talk about the gear that they "need," or that can't focus during boss fights. Complete sentences are not a rarity in guild chat.

Raids:
T / W / Th / Sun: 8 - 12 server (CST)
Sun: 8 - 11 server (CST)

About you:
We are specifically seeking reliable players who know their class. We want someone who theory crafts for them. We want someone who enjoys doing their own spec and class research and does not require assistance with hit/shot/cast rotations. We want someone who has mastered his or her class. Over the age of 21 is a plus.

If you cannot make a minimum of 85% of our raids, please do not apply.
If you have to miss a specific day every week, please do not apply.

Lower level gear we can work with! Please come ready to raid.

Needs:
(1-2) Ranged DPS : Hunter / Lock / SP
(1) Ranged DPS Buffer: Boomkin / Elemental Shaman

We will always take the time to read a well written application by a serious raider, even if your Spec / Class is not specifically needed.
