We are a competitive Alliance raiding guild on US-Proudmoore Our current raiding schedule is Monday-Thursday, 7:00pm-10:00pm Eastern Time (this may be subject to change on progression nights, but will remain similar nonetheless).

We have openings for skilled players to join our 25 man progression raid team with emphasis on:

- Tank, preferably feral. Must be exceptional.
- Enhancement Shaman

What we are looking for in an applicant:
1) 90% raid attendance rate at a minimum. Loot and raid participation priority are adjusted for those that cannot achieve/maintain this level.
2) Must have an in-depth knowledge of their class. This includes knowing all applicable specs, optimal gear setup, optimal rotations, etc.
3) Must be up-to-date on your enchants, glyphs, etc. We expect everyone to be at optimal efficiency for all raids, progression and farm.
4) Must have Ventrilo, a reliable computer and internet connection (i.e. one that doesn't crash in the middle of a raid)

We are seeking players who rarely make mistakes and who don't need their hand to be held through encounters. We expect you to come to raids fully prepared, with the desire to succeed. We expect our raiders to know as much as possible about a fight before even stepping into the instance.

We want raiders to ask for clarification about something they don’t understand, not just sit back and expect to be carried through an encounter. If you feel that these expectations are too high, then we are not the guild for you.

We are always recruiting all classes. If you are good at your class, you have a spot in our raid. More specifically, if you are better at your class than someone already in the guild, you will be prioritized over them.

Please note that raid participation and performance are of paramount importance. Those that cannot perform will be subject to removal from the raid and replacement by a stand-by raider. Also, all new recruits are subject to a 2 week probationary period to ensure they are an appropriate fit for the guild.
