[A] <Phail> on Stormreaver (US) is currently looking for exceptional players for 10 man Raid Slots. Though we are a 25 man raiding guild, we still take our 10 mans seriously, and we are looking for more people to fill up more 10 man groups. \

We are looking to fill out our roster with skilled players of all classes and specs that show up consistently for raid nights to continue progression through WOTLK content. We would like to have solid and consistant raiders that show up on the raid nights that they commit to for 10 man. We are looking to have a solid Roster for 10 man, as well as 25 man content,

Currently we are recruiting any and all exceptional classes and specs that can best what we currently have, will be on, on time for raids, and will stay for the whole duration of said raid, with a current main focus on Tanks and Healers.

You must meet a few basic prerequisites.

1. Gear: We expect you to have T9 (25 man, with a Mix of T10 gear). Everyone has had more than enough time to gear themselves out. We are not here to gear you. We are not a loot train. We are looking for people that show that they have made an effort on their own, and are not relying on us.

2. Class Knowledge: We are looking for people that understand the workings and dynamics of their class. This includes

Researching the best spell/shot rotations and raiding spec for maximizing DPS.
Knowing the role of your chosen class/spec in a raid environment.
Knowing what skills to use or not use on any given fight.
Maximizing your gear with the best gems/enchants for your class/spec
We are looking for players that are capable of playing their class to its full potential.

3. Raiding: We require that you have cleared ToGC on either 10 man or 25 man, Ulduar 25 man experience is a huge plus. We also require you to have experience in ICC on either 10 or 25 man up to BQL, and / or Professor Putricide.. We will not be explaining every boss to people that do not know what they’re doing. This is on you, put forth the effort. You must be able to multi-task during boss fights. This means watching threat meters, boss timers, and most importantly getting out of red !!#@ that is on the ground. If you become a waste of a Battle Rez then your raid spot will quickly disappear.

Raid Schedule: Our main 25 man raid goes from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm Server Time (Central time), Monday through Thursday. Our 10 man group raid times are dependent on when a specific group's leader decides.

We are looking for people that will be on, on time, when raid invites go out at 6:30 ST. This includes (and we will stress this point) being fully repaired, having raid consumables (flasks/elixirs/food buffs are a MUST) and ready to raid for the full duration. If you cannot be on at these times consistently and stay for the entire duration of the raid, do not bother applying. We do not expect everyone to be there every single raid, but you must let someone know why you cannot show up for any given night.

Loot System: We use a Loot Council system, with limitations, Meaning: Trials have NO right to loot. Everyone starts off at Trial Rank, and you can ramain Trial for up to 2 weeks. If you do not earn Raider Rank by the end of the two weeks, then you will be removed from the guild. A person CAN earn raider before the 2 week time period.
Also, to prevent corruption, our loot council is NOT allowed to vote for themselves, or someone they are in a relationship with (Example - Tryania and Macphail are both on the loot council. Alexian is Macphail's Fiancee. If Shaman T8 Drops, Neither Alexian, or Macphail can have a vote in who gets the item). We award loot based on Effort, Performance, Reliability, Attendance, and Loyalty.

Guild Members / Community: We are a very social group amongst each other. We work as a huge family unit. We help each other out, and help the guild out. We have "That guy" who is always there making witty, and sarcastic remarks, we have the token "Kid", we have the "Mom and Dad" of the guild, and the Officer that we all love to tease. We're a really fun community, and wonderful environment with constant joking, and just over-all having fun. There is NO drama between guildies, and we plan to keep it that way. Our Officers go out of our way to help you improve yourself, if improvement is needed, and try to cater to the character and spec that you the player would like to play.

A little about the guild: We're an Achievement guild, when we get an instance on Farm. This means that if it requires wiping over and over 40+ times in a day to get a certain achievement, we will do so without second thought. This also means that when you get your "Best in Slot" gear, you STILL log on, and you remain dedicated to get yourself, and the guild a %310 speed mount. We are looking for people that are going to log on every day, for every raid night. We clear content, then aim for Achievements. If you can't have an at LEAST %80 raid attendance, do NOT bother applying to <Phail>.
