<Vero> is on the US PvP realm Nazjatar. We are currently the furthest progressed guild on the realm and are working to keep it that way. We formed mid-way through the release of ToC and thus haven't progressed much through there as we were simply preparing for ICC. We currently are 9/12 ICC.
The first night of 3.3's release we went in and crushed the content, however with content being extremely easy, we are always seeking more to bolster our ranks and help clear other content as well as prepare for the heroic version of Icecrown Citadel. We have room for a few excellent DPS and one or two healers (see below) to round out our roster to prepare for Heroic ICC.
Our raid atmosphere is relaxed and casual, however should we push progression or hit a snag, we require everyone's focus and concentration. Raiders are expected to have flasks, potions, reagents, and repair gold. We use a silent auction DKP system to distribute loot, and it is done in a fair manner (ie, no corruption on bids, etc.). Raid times are Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday, and Monday from 6pm to 10pm PST (9pm to 1am EST). Our ultimate goal is to continually push ourselves, whether it's hard-modes, heroic versions, or achievements.
