About Us

Casually Addicted is a competitive raiding guild on Gilneas (US PvE). We share a desire to succeed in raiding, conquering content fastest and first. Highlights include:

• all four drake mounts from Naxxramas and Ulduar
• Conqueror of Ulduar (world 25th)
• Celestial Defender (Algalon)
• Death's Demise (0-keeper Yogg-Saron)
• Trial of the Grand Crusader (10 and 25)
• US rank 61 in 25M achievements
• US rank 134 in 10M achievements

We're currently working on 25-man heroic modes (9/12 completed), and 10-man heroic modes (11/12 completed).

We raid 25-man Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday, 7pm-11pm EST. 10-mans happen in the spaces between. Loot is assigned by officers, with an aim toward keeping the entire guild, including applicants, as effective in raids as possible. We have an alt guild, and have used excellent alts to fill raids when absolutely necessary.

We are fun people! We want players who have a sense of humor and enjoy playing the game with each other. Our players are (mostly) 20+ and joke around during raids while still taking progression seriously, with the pace that entails.

What we need

We are currently looking for any shadow priest, preferably able to top 10k DPS on a tank-and-spank fight, in addition to mastery of utility ability and specialty specs if necessary. We will also consider exceptional applications from any class.

Note: The guild aims for a small, dedicated roster - fewer than 35 people - so attendance is very important. Members are expected to display excellent awareness, perseverance, and overall competence as well as a basic understanding of all class mechanics in a raiding environment. If you dodge fire before it comes, gear to kill, tank, or heal as effectively as possible, learn as much as you can before entering a fight, and value your guildmates' time as your value your own, then we would very much like to see you apply.
