Any exceptional players in any role are encouraged to apply, but not guaranteed slots.
About us:
ISIS is a hardcore raiding guild on a casual schedule, raiding 3 days a week. We know that people have lives outside of wow and understand that progress doesn't have to be on a 6 day raid schedule. We ARE looking to maintain a consistent roster on those 3 days, we expect 100% Attendance, barring emergencies. We know some guilds take the time to allow 80 to 90% Attendance on 5 day schedules. However we raid 3 - If you can't make this, respectfully, don't bother applying.
As a guild, in regard to recruits, we like to keep this in mind; You can fix gear, you can't fix stupid.
What this means to us;
- You're riding the bench in your current guild? Lacking gear, but you know the content, you have the know-how, and you can run the numbers correctly and accordingly to maximize your toons output according to that lackluster gear. You're a good candidate.
- Knowledge of Icecrown Citadel and previous end-game content. Vanilla/BC raid achievements (done when they were current) are a solid perk.
- Gems and enchants that reflect a full knowledge of your class/spec - If you're gemming outside the box, save time in your application! Explain your theory, run us by the numbers.
- Mature attitude - This doesn't mean you have to be 18+ but we dont want you having to leave early because mommy wants you to do your homework.
- Sense of Humor - We don't want robots, or sperglords we do have fun on farm content and off nights.

This does NOT mean;
- You're new to 80 and rolling Heroic gear, but still know your stuff. - Sorry we do have limits and standards, and we aren't looking to gear you from scratch.
- If you top meters, and love staring at recount, but you lack any sort of situational awareness and consitanly find yourself standing in fires, keyboard turning/s-keying out of imperative situations. (This means you're bad)
Raid Days & Times;
- Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays 7:00-11:00 CST
- Sunday - For Progression Pushes.
