[Horde][Firetree] <Pie Chart> #45 US: 11/12 HM | LF: HPal, HPri, Mage, 2x Warlocks

We are looking to solidify our roster for Lich King Hard Mode Progression, as well as Ruby Sanctum and Cataclysm!
1x Holy Paladin (Retribution Offspec is a plus but not required. You will be expected to heal all the ICC Hard Modes, including Lich King!)
2x Warlocks (Affliction at this moment in time is preferred, but you should be fully capable of playing all 3 specs, as the game changes frequently for this class and the tuning of their specs. DPS should be competitive and player should be situationally aware at all times. This is a core spot.)
1x Holy /Disc Priest (Holy is preferred, but we can take Discipline Priest too. Shadow is a plus as well, but healing takes precedence. You will be expected to heal on all Hard Modes, including Lich King.)
1x Mage (Fire and Arcane are a given. Competitive and situationally-aware.)
As always, exceptional applicants for any class are welcomed. If you feel that you can compete with or outperform our current members, we would love to hear from you. Some of our best recruits have been players who were the best in their guilds, but were stuck at a lower level of progression. (Players from guilds who couldn't kill Yogg normal, while we were on Freya+3 / Firefighter; Players who couldn't kill Lich King, while we were 10/12 Heroic ICC). Exceptional players exist everywhere, we're not looking to only recruit from a very specific group of players.

About Us: <Pie Chart>

We are an endgame raiding guild that started two months prior to the release of Wrath. Currently we are ranked #1 on our server of Firetree (EST) and #45th in the US. We defeated Algalon and completed Heroic: Glory of the Ulduar Raider before 3.2 and have also completed Yogg0 and A Tribute to Insanity on Trial of the Grand Crusade (25):
- Heroic: Glory of the Ulduar Raider (25 Player): July 20, 2009
- Heroic: Observed: July 30, 2009 (46th US)
- Heroic: Alone in the Darkness: August 17, 2009 (34th US)
- Tribute to Insanity (25 Player): December 3, 2009 (140th US)
- Heroic: Professor Putricide (25 Player): March 12, 2010 (26th US)
- Heroic: Sindragosa (25 Player): March 19, 2010 (65th US)
We raid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 7:30 PM EST to 12:30 AM EST. During progression we raid 4 nights a week, which generally gets trimmed down to 1 to 2 nights of raiding during farm content. With an average 20 hour raid week, we emphasize quality over quantity. We are interested in players that can manage their time well and remain committed and consistent. A certain level of independence and maturity is expected.

About You: The Future Member (Hopefully!)

Our priorities, as a guild, are to succeed and have fun while doing it. We enjoy raiding and feel that we have the most fun when we can play well and reap the rewards of trying hard as a team. Patience, a good sense of humor, and a competitive streak are all great qualities to have. In short, you should be a pleasant person with a motivated perspective.

A solid internet connection, a decent computer, and a working microphone are expected, as we do need you online, able to play at more than 8 fps and to communicate during raids. We also need you to maintain a 90% attendance rate, as we run a tight core and depend on every person to be reliable. We make an active effort to make sure that all members get a significant amount of raid time, so that we can rotate and stack as necessary but still keep things fair and fun.

In general, we are interested in players who take an enthusiastic approach to raiding, and really make an effort to improve their performance and contribute to helping the raid strategize for progression. Fight mechanics change and progression is entirely dependent on how quickly a raid learns to deal with the challenges in front of them. Being able to adapt quickly and maintaining high situational awareness is essential.
