About Us:
Paradox is a Horde progression raiding guild located on Nordrassil, a smaller PvE server. Paradox itself was formed with the release of the Burning Crusade (Nordrassil was a BC server) and we cleared up to Felmyst before 3.0 hit. We run a fairly small and tight-knit crew of raiders (30-35). We pride ourselves on having a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining a sense of competitiveness, professionalism, and dedication that one should expect from every progression raiding guild. Our absolute focus is getting the job done quickly and efficiently, but we don't think that should take the fun out of the game.

With Wrath of the Lich King winding down, only the Lich King (H) is left to kill. As such, we’re looking for a few more top notch players who can step in and help us finish out Icecrown Citadel and whatever else is thrown at us before Cataclysm. We need people who are looking to step in and contribute immediately in terms of both gear and experience so we expect to see hard mode achievements, 251+ equipment, and a solid grasp of your class' current theorycraft. If you are a hybrid class we expect you to be experienced in at least two specs to give us the flexibility we need with a small roster. We have a few raiders who are retiring in a month or two so we're looking to fill their slots and balance out the roster, but we're also looking for exceptional players of any class.

There is very little bench time for us if any, but we give raid spots to the best performers regardless of seniority. If you can come and do well, you'll never be sitting. We wind up cutting most of our initiates because we're looking for quality rather than just a warm body so come prepared. Personality is important and we don't want to recruit someone who isn't going to fit in well with us socially. Many of our members are friends away from the game and want to enjoy each other's company even if we aren't raiding. We hope to hear from you soon!
