Esperanza on Bronzebeard is a west-coast friendly guild, raiding three nights a week.

We are 10/12 in ICC25 and 12/12 in ICC10.

The hook:
Time is precious, which means pulling on time, finishing on time, and not wasting time in raids. We expect the best of our members and only accept 100% from everyone. If you are serious about raiding, and want to prove three nights is all it takes to have fun, be competitive, and down the hardest bosses in the game, Esperanza is the guild you want to be in.

Raid times: Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday (7:30pm to 10:30pm Pacific)
Loot Sytem: Standard DKP with weekly decay www.webdkp.com

What we require:

* Appropriate gear for the content we are currently running (Icecrown Citadel 25), full enchants, and appropriate epic gems
* A mature (21 y.o. + preferred), positive, and friendly disposition
* A healthy respect for people... even when their opinion differs from yours
* A strong work ethic, passion for the game, and desire to improve
* A thorough understanding of instance strategies (boss & trash) and in-depth knowledge of your class (min/max).
* Come to raids prepared, with all consumables & reagents
* At least 2/3 raid attendance

* Druid (Feral)
* Priest (all specs)
* Rogue
* Warlock

Medium Priority
* We are currently looking for exceptional players of many classes/specs. See our website for specifics. Even if your class/spec is not listed, we would have a hard time turning down a great applicant. We are recruiting for raid participants, not for the bench. If you are accepted, you WILL be running 25 man content.
