25-man Progression:
Ulduar- All hard modes, including Algalon and Alone in the Darkness
ToGC- Tribute to Insanity
ICC- 11/12 Heroic

Hero is currently recruiting a few exceptional players to fill out our roster. We have cleared all heroic encounters in Icecrown with the exception of the Lich King, and recently have been raiding Tuesday-Thursday, with our Sunday/Monday only used for progression bosses or when content isn't finished by Thursday for some reason (computers blowing up, etc). We're looking for players that show long-term promise and will be able to help us farm the current content and eventually work on finishing up Icecrown's final encounter.

We're currently recruiting:
Healers- Priests and Paladins
Ranged DPS- Any

But of course if you really would like a shot and don't fall into the above categories, feel free to app anyway because we're always looking for more high-quality players. Just expect raid spots to be a bit tighter.

What we're looking for in our apps:
-Obviously the basics. Apps should know their class and have experience playing it in a high-end raid environment. Good reaction times, decision making, staying out of fire.

-Quick learning ability and good communication skills. If you've researched a fight and want to clarify a couple details on how we do it, our officers will be more than happy to address your concerns. What we're not looking for is someone that's just going to ask to be hand-held through everything. If you show a little incentive and do the proper preparation, we'll be glad to help get you caught up to the rest of us.

-A mature attitude. We generally get along and have fun in our raids, but that can't happen if there's drama over loot or raid spots, and we really don't want to have to deal with that (anymore). We may need to swap people around for loot distribution, or maybe we need a different raid composition, or possibly someone is just underperforming that day and needs to sit out and take a break. You should be able to handle all of these situations gracefully and understand we're trying to do what's best for everyone.
