About Lemmings
Lemmings is a fun-loving raiding guild on one of World of Warcraft's oldest and most competitive servers - Ner'zhul. We're a motley crew of pirates, buccaneers, thieves, walking trees, button mashers, death coilers, consecrationists, meat shields, mana chargers, laser chickens, sheep makers, sheep breakers, and one very handsome smooth-talking charlatan. We have a very diverse core membership consisting of male and female players from many different nationalities. You can think of us as a melting pot of lovable and hilarious rodents of all shapes, sizes, and hairdos.

What We Expect from You, the Applicant

Experience and Skill
Ideally, our applicants should have at least some experience in pre-Lich King raid level content. For example Black Temple and Sunwell Plateau. Experience with even older 40-man content is a definite bonus! We want players who know what they are doing. We expect them to be well informed of how to play their class, and to be able to adapt to changing situations during any given boss battle.

Gear
We are looking for players who have at least tier 10 (Item level 251 and above) level gear, hard mode gear is a large bonus. We expect you to have your gear gemmed and enchanted optimally (That means all epic gems). Your gear should be customized to best fit your raid role, and you must be willing to change it (with our assistance) should we ask you to switch roles.

Attitude
Our applicants should be communicative individuals who respond well to their leaders and their peers. We are looking for players who are raid oriented and will do whatever the raid requires of them to progress through game content and meet our objectives. Applicants should be looking for a guild where they will make friends and they will be expected to be cooperative, understanding, and generous with their peers. The ability to give and receive criticism is required. Above all, applicants should have an "all for one and one for all" attitude and the desire to fit in and have fun with other members in the guild.

Responsibility
We expect our members to be able to communicate on the guild forums when they will be absent in advance.

What We Don't Want
We are not looking for applicants who wish to lift items from our raids or our bank for profit or for selfish individual use. We are not looking for applicants who have no desire to be team players. Players who have a history of harassment will not be tolerated and be dealt with appropriately.

What to Expect from Us
1. Friendly atmosphere devoid of assholes.
2. Efficient clearing of farmed content. We also do a Guild exclusive VoA clear every week.
3. Progression and attaining hard-mode achievements.
4. Fair distribution of loot via our years old loot council system.
5. Trivia nights hosted by Rentt (That's me!) featuring a gold reward for the winner at the end.
6. And finally: a priest angel on most trash pulls.

Oh, and One More Thing...
So... despite our uniquely diverse composition, our core raiders have a lot in common with each other and share an affinity for raiding. We believe that progressing as a group through game content should be done in an organized and efficient, but also laid-back environment that is conductive for enjoying each other's company and most importantly, having fun.
