My apologies! I am now seeing the same as you. Did the default priority change recently? Or maybe it's because I was running in 505-4 before? I don't know.
At any rate, I played around with it again using 505-5 and only found some minor improvements: +800 dps from the profile on simulationcraft.org. I played around with it so much I lost track of all the specific changes that made a difference, but I'm pretty sure changes to the precombat list, Plague Leech, and making greater use of HoW helped. I'll post this as an issue @ simulationcraft, too, as spektor56 suggested. Here is my resulting action list:

If someone else also wonders what's the difference between a buff being "up" and a buff being "react"ed to: "up" simulates a reaction time of 0ms (which is highly unrealistic), "react" uses a variable called "reaction_time" which is set to 500ms (too high imo) by default. The reaction time can be set to a custom value by "reaction_time=0.25" for example.
However, I also think that we should use the react option for every action as Xem already suggested.

Check for stray spaces in what you pasted. Maybe due to my forum incompetence, I don't know, but I had that problem when trying out Sonic's list before.

The forum software sometimes adds (or removes) spaces in order to present readable English. Text in a [spoiler] tag still will be presented as text, and parsed the same as other text. This doesn't always translate well for code blocks (or ascii art), which is why there is an alternative. Use [code] tags instead of [spoiler] tags and then you can just copy-paste without any extra steps.

Trinket information have always been wrong in the OP, because the tooltips use to evaluate them are wrong.

I have found that in the latest version of simcraft, the value of haste for DW with 2pc bonus seems to skyrocket in relative terms to mastery. According to the simulations, mastery doesn't outweigh haste until 4 mobs are present, which seems a little out of whack with what I am seeing in game.
Has anyone else noticed this? Is this simply due to how it is valuing the 2pc, or perhaps is mastery stacking not quite as valuable as last expansion? I noticed there seems to be points of convergence around 3400 haste and 4800 haste where their values are almost identical.

After re-running my sims with the latest version, with 4600 haste, 2600 crit, and 4800 haste (my current gear, which includes a 2-set), I have haste and mastery at (nearly) equal ratings single target. 1.42 for mastery and 1.41 for haste, 50k iteration. I'd run plots for the stats, but my computer is not exactly powerful and I don't have 4 hours to run a sim.
However, it seems evident that the values of haste and mastery could perhaps switch for some gear setups, reaffirming the fact that you should run your own sims. I'd be interested in seeing the results if someone else did run plots.

I'm observing this for 2H Frost and am hoping someone would explain:

Why is it that haste value spikes at 6400, diminishes after 6600, then spikes shortly again at 8000? Our global cooldown are all 1 second and I can't see how this would be affected. Been scratching my head for hours and still can't figure out how this sweet spot came to be....
I have no set bonus and do not have runic corruption.
