I use ESDF for movement. Having the extra pinky space for extra key binds (namely Q, A, and Z) leaves plenty of keys to bind all of your abilities. I don't use Alt or Ctrl for any key binds either as I find them to be awkward. The hot bars are really just for show and visuals cues, I have all of the key bindings memorized. Mouse 4 is auto run, which I use to move in combat.

Hot bar 1:
1 - Taunt
2- Death Grip
3 - Icy Touch
4 - Plague Strike
5 - Pestilence (I don't bind past 5, because I find the 6 through = keys a little too far out to hit reliably in combat situations)
Shift T - Blood Strike
Z - Howling Blast
Shift G - Death Strike
Shift R - ERW
W - Raise Ally
Shift W - Raise Dead

Hot bar 2:
B - Bone Armor
Q - Chains of Ice
Shift H - Death Pact
R - Mind Freeze
T - Death Coil
G - Gargoyle
H - Strangulate
Shift 2 - Anti-Magic Shell
Unbound spot for Speed Potion

Hot bar 3:
Shift C - Death and Decay
Shift 3 - Icebound Fortitude
Shift A - Blood Pact
Shift X - Horn of Winter
A - Rune Strike
Shift Z - Blank spot for usable quest items
X - Blood Boil
V - Stone Form
Shift V - Health Pot


Additional bindings not on hot bars:
Numpad keys 1-6: Raid markings

I use "shift"+"1-6" in order to switch between the 6 standard-bars. In each bar I can hit 6 buttons. That's 6x6=36 actions I can command per keyboard.
As a side note, I don't really use the "6" button, instead I have "r" bound so it's "shift"+"r" for the 6th bar and "r" for the 6th action. Takes awhile to get used to it, but "r" is much easier to reach.

I leveled as 52/0/19, with four mouse buttons

Wheel Up - Heart Strike (with Rune Strike macro'd in)
Wheel Down - Death Strike
Button 1 - Horn of Winter
Button 2 - Dark Command
Button 3 - Castsequence Icy Touch/Plague Strike
Button 4 - Death Coil

gives me all the single target abilities I use on a regular basis

I have bound my Spells all over my Keyboard, and I'm running very fine with it. Although im planing to change everything, cause I want to test, how im going with the macro-keys of my G11. At the Moment it looks like this.

AWSD = Moving
Q = Scourge Strike/Death Coil/Frost Strike (Depends on Specc), Shift + Q = Death Pact
E = Mind Freeze, Shift + E = Horn of Winter
R = Unholy Blight (Depending on Specc, switch in Howling Blast or for Blood nothin'), Shift + R = Blood Tap + Ghoul Franzy
T= Blood Presence, Z = Frost Presence and U = Unholy Presence
F = Icy Chains
G = Gift of the Naaru (Or any other racial)
Y = Blood Boil
X = Boneshield
C = Raise Dead
V = Death and Decay
1 = Icy Touch
2 = Plague Strike
3 = Blood Strike
4 = Summon Gargyole/Dancing Rune Weapon

Hope that's all, at Holiday atm, and not able to look if thats the right one.
