I am still getting negative values. In this case, EP value for spell hit was -200. I copied and pasted the data that I used and that is the spec I inputted into the template so you can reproduce the error. This was my third attempt to get a result at 1000h (it was version 9.2) that didn't include a negative value. I have no idea what could be causing the problem.

Afabar: Could you potentially institute a way to specify groups of rotations and then set 1 to the starting rotation that is only used once (i.e to get diseases up) and then follow the other rotations? (This is in request of a way to do Glyph of Disease Pest well).

Here is the latest update of the simulator:

0.9.4 Release notes
* ImprovedIcyTalons correction
* BCB do not do anymore normalized damage
* Ravenous dead give correct strength
* Bloodstrike disease bonus back to 12.5%
* KM consumed by the MH FS.
* EP Calulcator: Hit rating after melee hit cap on DW build corrected. Note that the calculator set melee hit cap taking account of Nerves of Cold Steel (eg: 6% hit or 164 hit rating at 3/3)


I also add some character templates for the DW Builds - 3.2 Testing thread. I didn't include that in the release note but I have made some change on the pestilence glyph code. An improvement comparing from the previous build, but it's not finalize yet.

I have a bug to report too. The AP contribution to disease damage is calculated at every tick but should be when it apply the disease.

I was wondering if the damage multipliers from tundra stalker or rage of rivendare increase the auto attack damage as it is done in the simulator code (as part of the MainStat.StandardPhysicalDamageMultiplier routine used by the main hand damage code) or if in fact the wording of the tool tip (increases spell and ability damage by a certain percentage) is correct and the multipliers in Strike/MainHand.vb and OffHand.vb need to be adjusted.

PS. Thanks for all the time and effort you put into the simulator.

Edit: I've just done a quick test on the current ptr and cannot see a significant effect of TS on auto attack damage. I assume it would be the same for RoR, so the code for Main and Off Hand needs to be adjusted.

RoR and Tundra have no effect on auto attacks. They do exactly what's written in the tooltip.

It looks like Frost strike now crits with both weapons while expending a Killing Machine charge. I haven't seen this posted prior to discovering it for myself last night, was this already a known mechanic that is in the simulator?

2 notes:

Unholy Blight still seems to be at 30% in 0.9.5 (instead of the current 20% is is currently on test) and Obliterate is currently getting 2 chances to proc Rime (1-0.85^2) on test, 1 for each hand.

0.9.6 Release notes (Thanks to Astalion for the most part)
* UB going from 30%->20%
* ToT: MH and OH attacks always hit/miss at the same time
* ToT : KM benefit to both hands
* ToT : Each hand can proc Rime
* Razorice - The damage it does is based on weapon damage without AP modifiers. (some work still left to do)
* T9 2 part implemented. Default character template updated.
* New priority available: <KMRime></KMRime>
* Some template correction/addition


I planning for the EP calculator module a change on how it's calculated. For each stat, it could make 10 small simulation, omit the 2 highest and lowest result and make the average. This for each calculated stat. I hope it would smooth the result.

Watch out setstat 2 has a default of 3000 armor penetration, that produces some funky results.

Ah i just fixed it myself. But apparently it doesn't stop at 100%.

I suddenly did 50k obliterates, and got 25k dps. Which though funny, didn't really help my research

Just thought i'd give the heads up since i think that set is used a lot in some of the dicussion topics here, if people use it and don't notice it strange stuff will happen
