It's actually pretty simple. The extra RP from the set bonus changes the sequence of events, and so it's possible for the new sequence to actually be lower dps. Similarly with the spell hit rating. I wouldn't worry about the set bonus as your base gear isn't appropriate for T7 anyway. That said, the results do suggest there might be something a bit amiss with the sequence of events under some circumstances. Might be worth doing some sims to check.

The feral druid is a different beast altogether.

Hi guys,

for 3.33 version, could you please:

* confirm it's done (or implement) that Icy Talons' melee haste stacks with raid melee haste (eg. windfury), which is a coming change leading to like ~45% haste. I see you have the 4% haste applied always, but do you have it so you can stack both windfury and all that personal haste?

* implement the Icy Touch threat modifier when Frost Presence is up, which is currently x14 with Frost Presence multiplier (ie. damage 1K, threat 14K with Frost Presence). We've verified this on PTRs a few times.

They do stack in the simulator.
See: * Icy Talon given 4% haste on patch mode

Minor bugs and mistakes

Very nice update. Feeling pure love for the new character builder!

Didn't seem bugged to me, but got a few requests and minor mistakes to report:
  • Option to add flask or elixir and buff food stats
  • Blacksimithing sockets vanish and won't come back until reselection of the item after choosing "None" as gem
  • Major Strength for gloves is missing
  • Armsman for gloves (threat simulator) is missing (The whole +2% option is actually missing, as I recognized.)
  • Selecting an ICC ring with proc doesn't automatically trigger the option for "Ashen Band of Endless Vengeance"
  • +10 Stats Gem misspelled (Nightmare Tears instead of [Nightmare Tear])
  • Would still love the possibility to model EP values for weapon proccs

I know most of this is trivial or can be fixed manually.

There is no option for Nitro Boosts(24crit) or Flexweave Underlay(23agi) in the new character builder. It would be nice if you could add Saronite Bombs as well.

Regarding Saronite Bomb, I'm not Engineer so can you confirm/deny:
- 60 second cooldown.
- 1325 Average damage.
- Damage is not modified by Blood Presence, Blood Gorged, RoR or TS.
- Damage is modified by Spell modifier like EP (13% magical)
- Do not consume a GCD.
- Can miss / Use spell miss.
- Cannot crit, if yes it use spell crit?

Yes it has a 60 second cooldown and does not consume a GCD. I have not seen of log of a bomb missing. I have logs that show it can crit but it is very rare and I'm not sure what is causing them to crit, maybe totem of wrath?

Its hard to test what increases its damage and what does not on a target dummy because of the base 350 damage range on the bombs unless I used a serious amount of bombs and time.

These are the average saronite bomb hits from 4 engineers in my guild of different classes in a night of HM LK attempts.
UH DK - 1950
Mut Rogue - 1730
Enh Shaman - 1545
Spriest - 1554

The Rogue's Murder talent increases all damage done by 4% and Find Weakness increases all offensive ability damage by 6%. That could explain why he is above the Shaman and Priest by about 10%. RoR, Bone Shield, and Blood Presence could explain why I am about 27% above them as well.

The shaman had 3 crits and the priest had 1 which would increase their average, the priest also had about half as many hits. The rogue was receiving TotT which would increase some of his as well. It may be safe to say Desolation also increases its damage but I'd have to do more log research to find out for sure.

Right, because AoE boosts the value of Arpen. Think before you post, please.

If I use Kahorie's and uncheck draenei aura, spellcrit debuff, and physical damage debuff (raidbuffs I can't count on having), it puts expertise at half of strength, while hit just below it. If I check all buffs, expertise suddenly shoots up to surpassing every other stat. What is going on here? And what is the commonly accepted value of expertise for unholy?

exp should be worth anywhere from 0.5-3 , its a very touchy stat and depends highly on how hard u hit , and how much exp you have.

as for hit rating, unholy should be anywhere from .9 - 1.5 again depending on how hard you hit , and how much hit you have. for unholy anyway

Would it be possible to condense or split up the first tab "Configuration"? I'm running it on an emulator on a laptop and quite a bit of the screen is cut off there. There is no scroll bar either so it's not possible to get to the options at the bottom.
