Any chance you could implement Thundering Skyflare Diamond? There has been some talk about it being better than the +3% crit meta.

I am copying a question regarding frost and kahorie simulator here, hoping that it would be a better place to find the reason.

I was playing with hit and there is something that I dont understand.

First I was testing with GoIT and not GoD; second I was replacing crit by hit (since if I want more hit I would replace my +10str/+10crit gem by some +10str/+10hit).
From 164 to 263 hit my dps was increasing but after that up to 288, I was loosing dps.

If I am not mistaken as frost our melee hit cap should be at 164 (5% + 3% from talent) so from 164 to 285 it should be only spell hit (and white hit up to 24%), so why is there still a difference between 263 and 288?

Is the simulator wrong or am I missing something?

289 is the Spell Hit cap and it seems reasonable to me you get improvement on your DPS going to 288.
If you're loosing DPS then Crit is valuable more than Hit after you reach the Spell Hit Cap.

I have seen where the issue with Spell Hit EP value is. But I need to found out the UA issue. It seems related to the "Keep blood sync" plus pestilence but I have not yet found where is the issue.

So are you saying the EP for spell hit is wrong and spell hit is worth more than crit or is the simulator not taking into account NoCS

EP for spell hit is only correct if you set the EP base to 20 into EP tab. NoCS is working good

That would be logic but that's not what is happening; I got an increase up to 263 then from 263 to 289, it's a decrease. And that doesnt make sense.

Using 1.2.1.5 under W7 OS and when i press the Start Simulation button i get some nasty error which closes the application.
Dunno if you were warned about that.

I run on Seven myself, but I don't have any problem. What is the error message?

There appears to be a problem with Pre-pull Indestructible Potion under the Character With Gear selection. Without being spec'd into Bladed Armor, Pre-pull Indestructible Potion gives me a damage increase on the simulator. Is there an option I am missing here that is causing this or is it a bug?

I was getting confused with the EP values for trinkets...
Was just wondering - do the EP values only meausre the value of the proc, or base stats as well? I'm pretty sure its the former, but I just need some clarification

Yeah it's just the proc. You can check by creating a character that is ArP capped and then check the EP value of Mjolnir or Grim Toll and you'll see that it's 0.
