I would like to see a Combat Observations section (mostly copied from the Ret thread), since people ask these questions sometimes.
Glancing blows (only on bosses) happen 24% of the time on autoattacks and cannot be critical hits.
You need 8% hit to be 2H melee hit capped vs bosses.
The spell hit cap is 17% - However the only dps skills that are affected by this are Death Coil, Icy Touch, Death and Decay, Pestilence, and Blood Boil.
You need 26 expertise (6.50%) to be expertise soft capped which means you will be dodged.
All melee classes suffer a 4.8% crit suppression vs bosses when using melee attacks.
All spell attacks have a 3% crit suppression vs bosses.

I don't know. I was a fan of the green, myself, but I guess black doesn't look too bad.

Anyways, updated with all of the feedback, both that posted in the thread and received in PMs. Fixed the scattered typos. Added a section for the basic Combat numbers and for Macros. Put rawr in the resource section. Added stat weights (which I'm running again, since I kind of screwed up and left draenei aura on in the sim, which can some times cause issues with the results. Regardless, those weights should be roughly accurate, and any differences will be minor and simple to adjust). Reworded a few confusing areas. Made the formatting a bit more uniform.

And, of course, changed the text from green to black.

Think that's about it, really. Contemplated adding a section on GoD, but until something provable/reliable shows it to at least break even in dps, seemed unnecessary.

Edit: Added Pest to spell hit, changed alt to shift in the DC macro, and took SS out of the specs (that's what I get for being lazy and instead of doing the specs from scratch, just editting the previous ones!). Minor, if stupid mistakes, but both fixed. Still not completely thrilled with the stat weights Im getting - hit/exp just seem too high. But perhaps it's right and I'm annoyed for nothing.

Nice 3.2 summary.

I had noticed Gargoyle wasn't doing anything when I used it in the brain room, I wasn't sure and forgot to check my logs. I guess the only time you'd really use it is during P3?

Also I assume you can go 3/13/55 with 2 piece T9 and SoVirulence?

I believe pestilence also uses the spell hit table. I know this from using glyph of disease. Sometimes pestilence does not refresh diseases on the current target if it misses. What I'm not sure about is if the spreading of diseases to other targets normally (w/o GoD) is affected by spell hit.

why do you waste a point into scourge strike if you don't even use it. wouldn't that be a wasted talent, wouldn't it be better put into necrosis for more dmg?

Good job, Consider.

I noticed a small mistake with your Death Coil macro: in the description you say to use 'shift', while in the actual macro you use 'mod:alt'.

It is actually possible to use the Gargoyle during phase 2 of Yogg-Saron. Just make sure you have enough RP pooled and and use it as you are running through the corridor towards the brain, after the brain room opens up. I usually pop mine just as the button flashes "in range". The reason it doesn't do anything in the brain room is that most people pop it when they are in melee range of the brain. The horrible AI then tries to fly into a position to shoot at the brain, which takes ages. By using it in the corridor leading up, it will start DPSing the brain right away, as can be seen in this WoL parse.
