Notice that if you replace deaths verdict with a [Sharpened Twilight Scale] will give a 1402 (100%) arp rating while staying just above 5% hit and perfectly 26 expertise by only requiring 1 red expertise gem.

There are some fantastic upgrades in the ruby sanctum and some are very poorly itemized for a frost DK's BiS list.

[Penumbra Pendant] Will take you under the expertise rating as Your Heroic tier 10 pants and [Lana'thel's Chain of Flagellation] give you a perfect expertise rating. I would assume that losing the stats from [Lana'thel's Chain of Flagellation] if you replace it with [Penumbra Pendant] will make the RS neck a bit less desirable for frost dk's...even though it would be a theoretical stat upgrade.

[Apocalypse's Advance] Look to be fantastic. And by replacing [Blood-Soaked Saronite Stompers] You will gain +26 strength and lose 54 arp (by gemming both sockets for arp) and Gain +7 Crit and 81 hit (2.43% hit).

The reason you go with the 21 agi meta is because all you need is 1 nightmare tear to activate it. That can go in any socket and you should be able to get the bonus on that piece. example, i put mine in my boots with a red gem in the red slot to get the 6 str bonus.

I hadn't checked this thread in months, but someone just PM'd me to ask if I'd be updating it. Basically the answer is "No" if it means running all the sets through the Optimizer again myself, but if people want to do it themselves and PM me the forum readout, I'll be happy to edit the OP accordingly.
