Ghostcrawler already said that that this is only possible with one Ravage, not with muliple ravages after a charge. So yes, on Ravage Crit is garantueed after a cat charge, nothign more (and nothing less)

I haven't been able to get onto the PTR (without being disconnected at log-in) to test - is the 'one ravage per stampede' applicable to the 0 energy cost, or you only get one ravage total?

Also, did I miss something and it was changed to a guaranteed crit?

I'd like to offer moral support, but I have questionable morals

Ravage normally requires stealth. With Stampede, you get to do 1 Ravage without stealth, with 0% or 50% energy cost, depending on how many points you have spent on the talent.

Predatory strikes increases your Crit chance with ravage by 25/50% when boss is over 80%, there is no 100% crit chance, as far as I know.

New build

* Tiger's Fury now increases physical damage done by 88.8% for 6 sec. (This one is weird, might want to wait before theorycrafting)
* Pulverize base additional damage increased by 66%.
* Stampede now affects your next Ravage. (Tooltip clarification)
* Fury Swipes - When you auto-attack while in Cat form or Bear form, you have a 5/10/15% chance to cause a Fury Swipe dealing 200% weapon damage. This effect cannot occur more than once every 3 sec. / 5 yd range, Instant

Fury Swipes now seems barely useful - and the changes to Pulverize could mean that you want to use it every 3 lacerates

Also, Blessing of the Grove no longer affects Claw and Shred, so dps ferals have no reason to go more than 6 points in resto unless they absolutely need Perseverance.

Fury Swipes looks a lot more reasonable now. At 3 points it's a 30% white damage increase to all eligible attacks, and x/(x + 6.67) attacks are ineligible where x is the number of auto-attacks you perform in 3 seconds. Assuming you have Windfury, x = 3 when your personal haste is less than 11.1%, x = 4 when your haste is between 11.1% and 38.9%, and x = 5 when haste is greater than 38.9% since it's quite unlikely we'd be able to reach the next breakpoint. Based on current gear and blizzard statements I don't see us reaching 38.9% haste until later tiers if ever, so Fury Swipes will probably end up as a 18.75%-20% white damage increase. My estimate of the old version was closer to 5%-6%, so it's quite a sizable buff.

Very confusing changes. Fury Swipes change does make sense, but the tiger's fury change seems like it might increase our burst damage too much. It would make more sense if they decreased the buff effect a bit and increased the duration. I also noticed a Glyph of Tigers fury in MMO champion item database. It decreases the cooldown by 3 seconds, but the interesting thing is that it's a prime glyph. No idea if that information is accurate though.

With ranks of abilities going away, changing TF to a percentage increase makes sense. Pretty sure you can take the 88,8% as placeholder

According to the MMO-C database, TF is a 15% damage buff.

It appears as if a Glyph of Feral Charge may exist in a future build. My pre-made troll shaman had this glyph. It decreased the cooldown on feral charge (cat) by 2 seconds and feral charge (bear) by 1 second. This appears as a major glyph in game. I have provided a screenshot for reference.

God can you imagine how awful that 3some would be? everyone would be in the wrong position, they'd all be trying to inflate their numbers, they'd prolly finish prematurely and then make numerous excuses for the poor performance

I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but there is now a Glyph of Ferocious Bite (click the link to see it) that prevents the extra energy consumption, turning it into pretty much a clone of eviscerate. This is something that I personally always wanted throughout WotLK, but Cata will fix FB scaling so that using 100% extra energy will equal 100% extra damage. I just wondered what the thoughts are on the glyph. It could make it much easier to weave FBs in without completely destroying the rotation. It also makes FB is a good CP dump during berserk, although again, not sure how the new scaling will affect things.

With some epics it shouldn't be too much trouble spending most of your combo points on FB, especially not in execute range. I'm not sure if you'd want to remove all the extra damage from energy with that in mind.

The rotation will be much more simple with the endless carnage, SR only affecting melee and haste increasing our energy regen so we will be able to squeeze more FB's in. But I just came from PTR and noticed that SR is now a 50% buff(55%glyphed) to whites.

I think I saw fury swipes being buffed by SR, but I'm not able to track buffs properly on the PTR, and it was varying a lot (a lot being 2k crits and 4k crits) even with SR up.

I'd like to offer moral support, but I have questionable morals
