The current version of Rawr (4.1.5.0) has a fairly significant inconsistency in health and armor.
Using myself as an example, unbuffed I have 8554 stamina, Rawr displays 7808. Armor is actually 47046, Rawr says 46556. I didn't see this listed as a known issue on the Rawr site so I figured I would post it here.

I tested this just now on a combat dummy. I don't have a log, but of 25 casts, I had 3 misses and 22 hits. It is a small sample size, to be sure, but I also haven't noticed the described behavior FWIW.

With regard to the inconsistency of stats in Rawr, I just figured out what is happening. When you import your character it is bringing all of the gear but it is all unenchanted. Manually select your enchants and it is correct.
