Yeah, there's not been any real mechanical changes, more people asking directly for rotational updates. I'll just relay on some of the requests I've had recently:
Starsurge only in Eclipse, rather than always and possibly an ability to set how many per Eclipse rotation to use for energy management reasons.
DOT strategy: a halfway house between "Always Refresh" and "Once each Eclipse". Most of the requests were for something similar to 1 set of DOTs from Lunar to Solar, but 2 (with a refresh prior to NG expiring) from Solar to Lunar.
An option for Starfall only in Lunar, but without using the glyph of Starsurge to have it every time even if it means delaying the cast.
Casting mushrooms as part of the rotation. I've pointed out this is really only for movement fights when a spreadsheet is really by nature Patchwerk, but it was requested as a way of helping measure adding movement to a fight.
As far as item mechanics, I think I've caught everything in the version I'm working on at the moment, but the damage proc items (
Cunning of the Cruel - Item - World of Warcraft and
Rathrak, the Poisonous Mind - Item - World of Warcraft) could use a look.
Also, I'm not sure if it's still the case on PTR, but according to Hidden's post above, DTR DOT procs are double dipping from the Arcane damage multiplier from Lunar where they didn't previously.
