If you use the latter, Glyph off Sfall/SS won't appear to anything (since the sheet's not computing any Sfall cooldown), and you just have to use your head about when that's a reasonable assumption to make.

--As far as 4T13 letting you align with Lunar mildly more often. Yes, although it's a pretty handwavy argument. In light of the above, there's no great way to model this effect in the sheet, but it would be a mistake to expect it to be really big deal.

To your last point, Rawr attempts to do this, and you're right, the effect is not that great. The 4T13 set bonus _really is that bad_, people. No matter how many ways you try to make it line up, it still sits around the 1% mark.

A few updates:

20 Int added to the crafted bracers.
Spellpower scaling added to CotC (rdf: 84,8% normal: ~95,6%, heroic: ~108%). If Hamlet/someone can check on I've added this properly, I'd appreciate it.

I'm seeing lots of conflicting information about Rathrak, has anyone done any homework on whether it does/does not scale with spell damage and what it procs off of? If not, I picked it up on Monday, so will do some testing when I get a chance however that's not likely to be for a few days.

From what I have seen, it does not scale with SP or Haste. It can proc off direct damage only. Dot ticks do not proc it, but the initial application does. It can proc from a VPLC proc as well. It does scale with Solar eclispe. Range looks to be about 8-10 yards. I cant get a consistent ICD, as Iv seen it proc 20 seconds apart and then iv seen procs 1 minute apart. For now, it looks like a % chance to proc, with either no ICD or around 20-25 seconds. The dot can also crit, but I am not sure if it uses the characters crit rate or not, it seems a bit low to confirm that.

Ok, put a little time into looking at Rathrak. All the notes above are correct, however I believe the ICD is more likely 15 seconds as it's noted in a few other places (I've got procs 18, 17, 19 seconds apart just from one attempt on Yor'sahj Heroic that I checked). From the spell details, the proc rate is 15% too, which means it's quite likely it won't proc quickly as DOT ticks don't work.

Just to confirm, all casts/hits seem to proc it (including Starfall) but not DOT ticks. 8% spell damage debuffs increase the damage also, as does Solar. Damage was ticks of 2239-2240 in Lunar (3459-3460 crits) and 3473-3474 (5366-5367 crits) in Solar.

As far as crit rate, while running LFR I was getting ~30% crit rates, and while testing on the dummy (300 ticks) I was getting ~20% while testing values/etc on the dummies (around 300 ticks). So I suspect it inherits our personal crit rate.

Long story short: I'm not really sure how to implement this proc in the sheet because of the potential long time between procs/DOT ticks not proccing it. Hamlet?

I can't get the armory function to work. Tried re-installing Excel, tried on my laptop which is a x86 system. Nothing works. Is this just me or is the function bugged atm?

I'm also having a problem with armory import. Some gems are not as they are on my armory but the biggest problem is that due to Dragonwrath socket bonus being blacked out for some reason, fields that use Int value give N/A (pretty much most of them).

I had the same problem with Woundlicker Cloak. After the Armory import try changing the "black socket bonus" items to something else and then back to what you have and also change the gems they have to something else and then back

Any thoughts to extending the cycles the sheet calculates to get a more accurate depiction of starfall, especially when you select only on lunar? A selector for which eclipse you go to first would then be needed as well.

Somehow Necromantic Focus (Heroic) shows up as having 226 mastery and 176 haste for me.

Because it is keeping a reforge from another item, probably DMC:V based on other peoples similar questions. Just delete the cell, currently you can't do it via the drop down list.
