Is the model updated for the "fixed" windsong?

Yes--based on the blue post describing how it works, but not any in-game testing.

In game it's a lot more powerful than modeled. Last night I had a combined up time of 87.2% on one of my attempts (43.5% mastery, 24.4% crit, 19.3% haste) on heroic garajal. I think the model described by the blues was around 13-14% up time on each buff, on average, before haste.. unaffected by using dots or not.

Eternal Blossom Gloves are incorrectly marked as being Resto tier and Handwraps as being Moonkin tier.

Fixed the Resto/Balance marking on the normal level tier gloves (rest looked ok, those two were just tranposed) and added the two Golden Lotus necks.

I've been playing with the spreadsheet around for a few days and I keep getting result contrary to what the Balance direction currently seems to be.
This is my gear setup.
Profiler - Wowhead
What I'm getting is:
Intellect being more than doubly stronger than crit/haste.
Haste being valued over Crit even after it's 5273 softcap.

Adding your armory into WrathCalcs, marginal stat changes for me were:
Stat: Amount
Int: 3.67
Hit: 2.35
Crit: 1.68
Haste: 1.49
Mastery: 1.26
This is to be expected with your current gear. Crit has surpassed haste as you've broken the 5273 haste breakpoint, and more crit is advisable. Int > 2x Crit at the moment, because of a deficit of intellect. As your gear increases, Int will dip below the Int = 2x Crit threshold. You can see if you change your weapon enchant from Windsong to Jade Spirit that the marginal change in Int becomes 3.62 (crit most likely changes, but negligibly), meaning that once you accrue more intellect on your gear, you'll see 2x Crit > Int.

[Balance] WrathCalcs
It's due to using 64 bit Excel. The fix breaks it for Excel 2003 so I've not put it into the standard version. Drop me a PM if it doesn't work.

Greetings,
I just started raiding and visiting this site for the first time in years so I would like to apologize for my basic questions. I am just trying to get caught up and will try my best to be a valuable contributor in the future.
My questions are in regards to the WrathCalcs spreadsheet provided in this guide. The spreadsheet is much more complicated from what I remember during TBC days.
Question #1 - What are the parameters for this simulation? i.e. what type of encounter is it trying to mimic. Main tab shows L93 mob and the option to vary starfall targets. Changing this value from 1 to >1 does not seem to have an effect. From information on the haste tab, I am assuming that the simulation is a 10 min tank and spank with 1 bloodlust.
Question #2 - Evaluating secondary stats. On the "Main" tab. I see tables for "Gear Info from First Page" and "scaling factors (with Eclipse and NG)", which of these is everybody using to evaluate the benefit of +1 crit vs +1 haste vs #1 mastery etc.
In a theoretical tank and spank, I can see that crit seems to win out over haste and mastery at higher gear levels. However, the current encounters in Vaults are much more complicated. I feel multi-target dotting in eclipse phases might not be correctly accounted for and mastery is under-valued.

I've been manually adding gear from armory so far, yet really wish to get the import function working. I've switched from 64 to 32bit Excel version, input my name & server on top left fields, set region on eu.battle.net and waited 2 days in case there was an issue with Armory not being responsive.
Yet still I'm getting 438 error with the standard debugging text of: " Range("E1") = Application.WorksheetFunction.VLookup(Char.race, Range("racelookup"), 2, False)"
I've searched past instances of this error and it mostly seems to be an oversight mistake on user end. I'm usually not on the imbecile end of the spectrum much, so I'm rather concerned for myself if it does turn out to be yet another user mistake giving me this error :p
@Cardio31
We're using Gear info from First Page to determine how much another point of a secondary stat is worth.

Whenever I try to armory my character through WrathCalcs, I make sure to always fill in the "Name", "Server", "Race" and then I also change the "save" from "New" to my characters name (I'm talking about the drop-down box on the right side, where it has T14H BiS, Tec and New as options). Essentially I just try to cover all bases to ensure WrathCalcs has all the data it needs to pull my armory. From your debug, it looks like it's having a problem looking up your race, so I'd suggest making sure you've chosen the correct race from the drop-down box at the top.

It should only need your name, server name and region. Any errors coming up basically means bad data from the Armory or the names are typed wrong or something.
If you could do me a favour: go to your armory page by hand in your web browser first, then try running the macro. The last few days I've been getting dropped connections when visiting those pages for the first time and have to try again before it loads, it could be related to that.

Just out of curiosity, with my actual gear, changing from Brewfest Trinket, reforged crit to haste to get the break point to Light of Cosmos is indeed a DPS increase.
What bothers me is the fact that Light of Cosmos with pure haste is about 100 DPS better that reforged to crit, while keeping the breakpoint. It kinda looks off, because after the breakpoint on 5273, crit should be more viable than crit?!
You can see for yourselves, MoonÃ*, EU- Forscherliga.

I had been trying with 120923 version that is currently "official" on the Balance guide and discussion thread. It kept on throwing that error at me, irrelevant of armory promptly responding in the browser.
In 121026 on the other hand (posted at near top of this page) it works like a charm. Character name, server and region only.
Just to be sure, I've tried again with fresh copies of both versions, same results. I'm running it on 32bit Excel 2010.
Now what baffles me is what I've been starting on the previous post and also what Varuljin is mentioning as well.
Haste keeps being valued higher than crit, after breakpoint. It did in my previous post as well, giving me different stat weights than what you got Slippykins from my armory import. At the time I could not import from it and was inputting everything manually, so I blamed it on myself making a mistake putting my gear in. After importing however, it's still spewing same trend from Cata - the more haste you have, the better it is.
I've played with it a bit more, narrowing down the haste point up until which it keeps saying it's better than crit (by a significant ~0.09 even!). At 5825 haste, marginal stat changes for haste are 1.78 ; crit 1.69. If I add another point of haste to 5826, it changes dramatically to haste 1.56 ; crit 1.69.
At a first glance without knowing Wrathcalcs indepth, that looks like a mini haste breakpoint to me o.O
