[Foul Gift of the Demon Lord] is missing from the list of trinkets. It is +383 INT with "Your healing and damaging spells have a chance to grant 1149 mastery rating for 20 sec". Around 40% uptime and reported 45 sec ICD.

EDIT: Also it seems after a Battle.Net import, the calculation of stats isn't correct. If I re-select the epic gems then they get calculated correctly (with TreeCalcs 111207). It looks like it's missing the "(Red)" from the name of the gem. Extra Blacksmithing sockets are not filled with gems.

EDIT: Ring of the Riven needs to have its haste updated to the correct value.

Quick update fixing the following:

Foul Gift of the Demon Lord updated (was showing the previous, datamined version still).
Ring of the Riven (Normal) added.
Gem names corrected. I'd fixed this on Wrathcalcs while on holiday, but forgot to pick it up here too, thanks for the reminder.
Small fix for belt gem importing.

I'll take a look at blacksmithing when I get some time, never noticed that bug before since so few druids seem to use it! I don't have time at the moment to go through and add PvP gear right now, if there's a demand for it I'll get it soon.

I read that you must refresh your harmony when the trinket procs to gain the actual benefit

It is symmetric. On average what you lose at the beginning, you gain at the end.

Harmony picks up (or loses) the trinket buff when Harmony is refreshed. HoTs snapshot Harmony when they are refreshed.

Timeline, No weapon or second trinket:

11 Gain Foul Gift
...
30 Regrowth (Harmony, Lb rfefresh)
31 Lose Foul Gift
34.3 Rj falls off
34.9 Rj cast Full duration benefits from the trinket.
37 Lb cast to refresh stack, Full duration benefits from the trinket (not sure about the bloom).

The last strong Lb and Rj ticks were both at 46 (Foul Gift expired at 31, and Harmony expired at 40).

This suggests that refreshing Harmony as soon as the buff is gained, heal as required, refresh Harmony just before the buff expires, then avoid a direct heal or Swiftmend for as long as possible. Would prolonging the effect of the buff to Harmony by using HoTs after Foul Gift expires be worth delaying Swiftmend (and as such Efflo)? My gut says this would be situational but sometimes worth it if you can keep track of it. And obviously, if you were able to use a Swiftmend to refresh Harmony at the end of the Foul Gift buff this may be the ideal use.

As you say, that would be very situational. I think it will rarely be wise to cast what would otherwise be the "wrong" spell. That buff is rougly as strong as the power torrent buff, and it isn't often that I'd change things up just because of power torrent.

If you were in a fight where HPM was much more important than "urgent" heals, you might want to try that.

Woo necro.

Tecton: let's say we wanted to update this too (TreeCalcs is traditionally a lot easier than WC since there's no fancy rotation stuff). Which is easier for you (and I'll think about the same thing from my end):
1) Taking the old TreeCalcs and basically redoing everything we just did for WC to implement MoP changes, or
2) Taking the current WC, branching it, and changing all the items and things to correspond to Resto stuff (and copying Resto spell page over Balance ones etc)?

I started to update the file : [Resto] Cataclysm 4.3 (Dragon Soul)
But I lost my motivation, i have little return and i am afraid that my level English me from understanding returns.

I think I have understood the different mechanism (Rotation tab, Haste tab) that you created. The more I advance the update file, the more I find that the rotation system has limits. Eg, managing talent "Soul of the Forest" is underestimated.

Question: How to add an attachment to the forum?
An external link does not want people to have access to the file.

From my point of view option 2 would be more straightforward, but not hugely. Whatever is easier on your side, go with that as it's pretty similar for me.

Thinking about it more, will probably have to be 1, since TreeCalcs has that extra machinery about the value of spellpower vs. mana. Probably less of a pain to go from old TC than it is to go from new WC.

If I think I'll try to get to treecalcs updates whenever I have time, would you rather update the items/enchants/etc from the Cata sheet now or later? I just realized in my comment on my other thread--you're going to be playing very soon and probably not wanting to do it then. There's no reason you can't do your updates before I do mine.

Sounds like you did a lot, look forward to looking at it when I have time. From that last, does that mean you updated all the spell/rotation machinery for our new skillset?

I took your rotation system 4.3 (With a rotation with or without Incarnation)
I added NS, CM, and WMx3 in the rotation system
I managed SotF in TAB 'Haste', but it is not conclusive. I need to find another system to take into account the use of SM+WG (and maybe SM+rejuv)
I manage all resto glyph (BBut I used a shortcut for the healing touch glyph, -0.5 sec on CD SM :p)

Sounds pretty good. Yeah, I'll tell you when I wind up looking at TC, maybe will start from yours.
