I raid 10m.

I've been having issues healing p2 Rag. We lack ranged AoE burst in our raid group, so we don't get any AoE into the adds before we split up. We split the raid into two groups, with five going to each side just before the adds pop. This leaves me responsible for healing five players, including one tank and myself.

I usually barely skirt by, but it feels like I'm relying on crits to keep everyone up. Rejuv just doesn't tick fast enough, and Regrowth is too weak to reliably keep four or five people up at once, especially when the tank on my side taunts back and is taking melees from the boss.

I'd really like some tips to get through this, as it's really annoying to only get to practice the rest of the fight about half the time.

One thing I do is use Nature's Grasp to root the Molten Elemental - just make sure that you do not have other Molten Elemental nearby. You can also use Entangling Root as necessary to help out if needed. You can cast Nature's Grasp ahead of time to insure it'll be back up by the next time (45sec duration but I do not remember if the cooldown begins after the 3 charges are spent or as soon as you cast Nature's Grasp). Most(?) other form of CC should work. You can definitely consider burning some CD during this phase particularly if the tank on your side is tanking.
