That seems odd, will probably wait until it's more verified.

e: yup, cast time on Wrath isn't changed.

MMO has put out T14 set bonuses, of course they are preliminary and can be changed:

Balance 2P Bonus - Your Starfall deals 20% additional damage.
Balance 4P Bonus - Increases the duration of your Moonfire and Sunfire spells by 3 sec.
Feral 2P Bonus - Your Shred and Mangle (Cat) abilities deal 5% additional damage.
Feral 4P Bonus - Increases the duration of your Rip by 4 sec.
Guardian 2P Bonus - Reduces the cooldown of your Might of Ursoc ability by 30 sec.
Guardian 4P Bonus - Increases the healing received from your Frenzied Regeneration by 20%.
Restoration 2P Bonus - Reduces the mana cost of your Rejuvenation spell by 10%.
Restoration 4P Bonus - Reduces the cooldown of your Swiftmend spell by 3 sec.

That post now has T14 bonuses near the top: Mists of Pandaria - Build 15640 - New Items, 3D Models, and More - Wowhead News

2P Balance is 20% Starfall damage.
4P Balance is +3s on MF/SF.

Totally offhand guess is 2P is bad (I forgot how much damage Sfall does but it's not close to the ~10% needed to make that bonus good), and 4P is good (pretty sure there something like a 5% swing when I cut the DoT's from 18 to 12 earlier today). Both will be trivial to put into the sheet later.

Whatever, did it now. Above post is right. 2P is <1% and 4P is around 2.5%.

Thanks Hamlet.
I simply wanted to extract T14 set bonuses out here so we can discuss their value.
Of course keeping in mind that they are preliminary and can change.
From Resto point of view both seem quite okay.
Rejuv mana cost decrease is a nice mana save and decreased Swiftmend CD will definitely result in HPS increase.
Could you or Tecton be so nice and throw them into new beta treecalcs please?
Just wondering how much actual HPS increase there is.
3 secs is 20% off CD.

I'm so sad that they keep trying to force down our troat an hybridization/healing spell as our lvl90 talents
And now about the changes:
  • Moonfire DoT base damage has been reduced by 33%. Now scales from 24.8% of Spell Power, up from 22.7%. Now deals damage over 12 seconds instead of 18 seconds.
  • Wrath now scales from 121% of Spell Power, up from 110%.
  • Starfire now scales from 169.4% of Spell Power, up from 155.3%
  • Starfall now scales from 34% of Spell Power, up from 31.2%.
  • Item - Druid T14 Balance 2P Bonus - New: Your Starfall deals 20% additional damage.
  • Item - Druid T14 Balance 4P Bonus - New: Increases the duration of your Moonfire and Sunfire spells by 3 sec.
With this change:
a) will the buffed nukes increase our dps or barely make up for
lost dot uptime -> less nukes casted before MF needs to be refreshed -> less double dot uptime
b) will moonfire / sunfire last until the next eclipse considering the fact that we have 12 seconds when we exit from the eclipse and the nukes gives more power (Wrath-Starsusrge) ?

I think our Stats priority will change a lot and we will use much more Crit (more SS procs) and Mastery.
With Wrath still at 1.5 base cast time and only 12 sec duration on MF casting 2 SS during the pre-eclipse could change a lot our dmg. (double dot uptime)
Assuming that with lvl 90 haste levels Wrath / Starsurge in t14 could have a 1.3sec cast time
6 wrath and a 1 starsurge = 9.1 sec
4 wrath and 2 starsurge = 7.8 sec
The more haste we have, the bigger the difference in double dot uptime when we are able to cast 2 SS
If it's not a typo i don't even know if i will use haste at all because with 1.5 sec cast time even with all haste reforged into something else i'm pretty sure we will go under the gcd during heroism.
I can't really decide if the MF change is good or bad (almost same damage in a smaller time frame should mean higher dps ?)

Edit: Reducing the FoN cooldown to 1/3 shouldn't reduce it's uptime to 1/3 as well?
20sec is 1/3 of 60 sec not 15 sec (if they ever lasted 60 sec and it wasn't a typo)

Anyone managed to check if the Monk symbiosis abilities have made this latest build?

I've just found found out that Healing Touch and maybe Wrath DO NOT have a 1.5 sec cast time.
Those are the Symbiosis spells.
Healing touch still have 2.5 sec cast time and maybe wrath with buffed coefficients and lower cast time is not ours.

Regarding Celestial Alignment - Spell - World of Warcraft

Is it just 20% nature/arcane increase, or is it actually both eclipse active at the same time, so the actual mastery applies.

Am I right with the assumption that Starsurge gets bonuses applied?

Does the skill alter/reset the direction of the eclipse bar?

My understanding:

It is both Eclipses at the same time. That 20% is just the 20% number from Eclipse. It is not something extra. You also get your Mastery bonus. Energy goes to zero. Direction arrow remains unchanged (but no additional energy movement occurs until CA is done).

Starsurge benefits from Eclipse, but it does not double-dip the double-Eclipse.

MF applies both MF and SuF DoTs, but it only gets one direct damage. During CA, SF refreshes MF, Wr refreshes SuF, and Starsurge refreshes both.

CA also resets the Starfall cooldown, and gives you NG.

I believe I heard that if you have SotF, you get 20 energy on leaving CA, but I can't find that post.

Think we've had this brought up before and what I can remember the damage increase works just as a regular eclipse, so yes, mastery applies.

Starsurge gains the same benefit as it does during any eclipse, except during CA it will refresh duration of BOTH dots.

CA brings your bar to 0, regardless of where it is in your rotation, and it will continue moving in the same direction as it were. Say you just left lunar eclipse and are at 0 energy, you'll just stop gaining energy for the duration and the arrow will still be pointing towards solar. If you're at 95 energy towards Lunar and use CA it will reset you back to 0, with the arrow still pointing towards Lunar. So optimally, you'd want to use CA as close to 0 energy in either direction so you won't lose any unecessary energy.

I can't remember this, but will try it next time I get on. I also need to check if CA grants 35% of your mana back as eclipse does. If it does, you might use it as an innervate when running low on mana (yor'sahj blue phase comes to mind).

Edit: I can confirm that CA works EXACTLY like combining the two eclipses (starfall reset, dot refresh, SotF gives 20 energy afterwards, you gain 35% mana back as you would from eclipse).

Also noticed a bug that just screams "we did a poor job of changing stuff last patch"; even though the initial cast of Moonfire/Sunfire has indeed been changed to twelve seconds, the refreshing from Wrath/Starfire/Starsurge still make the duration 18s, hopefully they will fix this soon so you can get some testing done.

Do you also gain the 15% haste buff? Is it still called nature's grace?
The 35% mana gain only happens once I assume, or for both eclipse procs?
If you cast Moonfire, does it only apply the Sunfire dot or does the direct damage happen too?

Can't remember the second two off the top of my head, but you did get Nature's Grace last time I checked it.

Yes, as Erdluf mentioned it triggers 15% haste and the name is still Nature's Grace, as he also mentioned, sunfire is automatically applied when using moonfire, however you only get the DD once. And finally yes, you only get 35% mana once, and that is upon activation of the skill.
