I saw the same today in raid and I was the only druid. Also did the suggested test in addition to popping attack power trinkets. During the test I had no problem over writing the original faerie fire. Could be a different temporary debuff that's causing the conflict.

It's not AP trinkets, I've tested with both Shard of contempt and Vengeance of the Illidari up and I could overwrite the FFF after both effects had worn off, same with using them individually.

I was getting 7kish consistent crits, with 9-10k peaks against low-armor bosses, which doesn't take a mathmatician to determine is more than a full-duration rip, while also benefitting from armor penetration, et al.

I'm not new to feral dps, and I had several Brutallus parses over 2100 (with manglebot, obviously), but it seems to me that these buffs are minimal, at best. Anyone have a different experience?

I managed to stay in top5 in our BT raid pretty easy with my kitty. DPS ranging from 2300 to 2600 and peaking over 4k on BB (got the only phase tho, 30k FB ftw :>). In contrast i used to be around 7-8 before with ~1500 as the max DPS i could get (Teron). Ofcourse i would expecte even better dps but hey, we have SR coming after 5 levels.

And i was using mangle/rake/shred rip and occasional fb as my cycle, had tons on CPs to use almost always.

So far, so good. After a full BT clear and Sunwell up to and including M'uru, I've not found very many mobs immune to Infected Wounds (Promenade Sentinels in Council trash and Sunblade Protectors in Kalecgos trash only so far .. so, mechanical robot mobs only). Even the poisonous Aqueous mobs in Naj'entus trash are affected by it.

I can confirm that all of the following mobs are susceptible to Infected Wounds:

Kalecgos
Sathrovarr the Corruptor
Brutallus
Felmyst
Lady Sacrolash
Grand Warlock Alythess
M'uru
Shadowsword Berserker
Shadowsword Fury Mage
Entropius

High Warlord Naj'entus
Supremus
Ashtongue Defender
Shade of Akama
Teron Gorefiend
Essence of Suffering
Essence of Desire
Gurtogg Bloodboil
Mother Shahraz
Lady Malande
High Nethermancer Zerevor
Flame of Azzinoth
Illidan Stormrage
[We had our Prot Paladin tanking Essence of Anger, and he put up the Judgement thing right away, but there's no reason it shouldn't be affected.]

If Thunder Clap or the Paladin Judgement is on the mob already, "browsing" WWS reports doesn't show any message about a stronger version already being on. I'll go through the raw logs later and see if there's anything in there.

I was under the impression that Bash should work as a spell interrupt even on stun immune mobs. I tried that last BT raid but i didnt manage to interrupt anything. I may have tried that on interrupt-immune mobs, or i may have be too slow. Anyone has some experience with this?

Lady Malande would be the best person to try it on I suppose. I didn't think about trying it on her, but I know she's stun immune and susceptible to interrupts.

It looks like they missed that change in 3.0.2 but are going to fix it in 3.0.3. Check the latest patch notes for the test server: WoW -> Test Realm Patch Notes

As for IW it does appear that only mechanical mobs are immune. Since last week I've tanked all of Kara, SSC, TK, Hyjal, 5/9 BT and Kalecgos/Sathrovarr and only recall Curator being immune. I tanked Hydross' frost form so it's possible that he's immune to it in poison form, but since the aqueous Naj'entus mobs aren't it's likely that Hydross isn't either.

Confirmed, though IW does work on the Void Reaver like trash between M'uru and Kil'jaeden.

The Talonsworn Forest Ravagers above Skettis are also immune and they are elementals (and nature immune i believe). So there exists at least mobs other then mechanical that are immune to IW

Definitely didnt seem to be working for me when tanking Malande the other night, and the ptr note would seem to confirm the issue.

With the recent swipe changes a druid in my guild enchanted his weapon with Battlemaster and began using the Mark of Conquest trinket from Zangarmarsh, along with iLotP. He says that the Battlemaster can proc multiple times per swipe. That combined with iLotP and the trinket seems like it would have enormous potential for massive swipe grinding.

Any thoughts?

That reminds me of the way I leveled in TBC. I used the Darkmoon Card: Heroism as well.
Seems like a very interesting combination.

I tested this by pulling the entire stockade and swiping as many target as I can at the same time. I did not get more than 1 BM proc per swipe. I did the trial only 5 runs, but did not see any attempt with more than 1 BM proc per swipe.

In that case, I still don't find it to be a very good enchant.

As an update on IW Void Reaver is immune and Hydross is immune while in poison form but not while in frost form.

I am not sure if I am lucky or not with an Arms Warrior with trauma in the raid, that overwrites my mangle. I thought about the mangle spam stuff in combination with the arms warrior. Is mangle spam still a valid thing with trauma in the raid? I guess yes.
I tried to find the concrete specc for it but did not find one in this and in the WotLK thread.

I currently run with these talents:
