Valor Bracers

All bracers purchased with Badges of Valor are BoE, so the leather bracers purchased with BoV should be included on this list. [Wristwraps of the Cutthroat]

I looked in the Druid forum and did not see it listed anywhere and figured this would be the place to ask as it relates to gear. I have seen a recommended proffesion list for boomy's, but nothing for ferals. What would be the recommended professions for a feral tank/dps??

I have inscript already so can do shoulder and glyphs, but what other proff, maybe LW or JC? I am sure there is another proff with BOP that helps, as I have friends with high level JC & LW already..

which do you guys think would be more viable for tanking. [Heroes' Dreamwalker Legguards] or [Chain Gang Legguards] . Atm i am going to guess use the T7 legs since i already have the 7.5 gloves and get the set bonus but i dont know. Also, if i use the T7 legs what should i socket them with?

I'm not sure why that would even be remotely a question, honestly. You could either choose to have more agility and more stamina or massively more agility and slightly less stamina (or some combination of the two) If you're below 26 expertise, the expertise rating is almost twice as good as the hit rating, and the crit rating is better for threat than 20 AP is. You also get about 200 more armor for your trouble.

And then there's the 2p set bonus, which is another 5% threat on your basic threat move.

I just don't understand why the question was asked at all.

yeah, i was just making sure, one thing that i do suck at though is gems. Would 8 expertise and stam and then a red gem be decent?

I would recommend adding [Gilt-Edged Leather Gauntlets] out of heroic UK, more armor and agility at the loss of stamina. Rawr seems to favor them to the Handwraps of Preserved History.

A professions comparison may want to be started up separately, if someone would be so kind. I find my Lifeblood and Mixology to be highly useful. On the other hand, every profession has something to offer.

I've used RAWR and Tankspot.com to see what the best feral tanking gear for raiding the 25mans. According to them, i am wearing pretty much most of it.

Helm - Hood of Exodus
Shoulders - Valorous Dreamwalker Shoulderpads
Chest - Valorous Dreamwalker Raiments
Back - Cloak of the Shadowed Sun
Wrist - Wristwraps of the Cutthroat
Hands - Dislocating Handguards
Waist - Polar Cord (trying to get something better, like Sharp-Barbed Leather Belt)
Legs - Valorous Dreamwalker Legguards
Feet - Boots of Vile Deceit
Weapon - Origin of Nightmares
Neck - Titanium Earthguard Chain (trying to eventually get Heritage or Boundless Ambition)
Rings - Gatekeeper and Keystone Great Ring
Trinkets - Valor Medal of the First War and Defender's Code
Idol - Idol of Terror

A question i have is, do i sacrifice the helm or gloves to get valorous for the 4 piece bonus set or is it even worth it, if according them, the helm and gloves are the best options for tanking feral druids? I'm also finding myself running in hit rating issues with the so called "best feral tanking gear", sitting at around 122 compared to our hit cap of 295. The only other option i can see around this is to sacrifice agility gems for more hit based ones.

It's not really practical for a bear tank to get hit capped with our current gear choices. Getting that much +hit hurts our tanking stats a bit too much. Get what hit you can from good tanking pieces and call it good. If you really need hit on a particular fight, swap in a few of your high +hit cat pieces.

Additon if you can snag them....

I had been watching the AH for [Gloves of Fast Reactions] and ended up snagging them for 500g, great gloves if you can get them, hit 80 last night and put them on.
