Red
Made from the gem Scarlet Ruby:
Runed Scarlet Ruby - 19 spellpower

Orange
Made from the gem Monarch Topaz:
Luminous Monarch Topaz - 9 spellpower and 8 intellect
Reckless Monarch Topaz - 9 spellpower and 8 haste rating
Potent Monarch Topaz - 9 spellpower and 8 critical strike rating

Yellow
Made from the gem Autumn’s Glow:
Brilliant Autumn’s Glow - 16 intellect

Green
Made from the gem Forest Emerald. There are no green gems with spellpower. But that does not mean you cannot fit any:
Dazzling Forest Emerald - 8 intellect and 6 mana per 5 seconds
Intricate Forest Emerald - 8 haste rating and 8 spirit
Seer’s Forest Emerald - 8 spirit and 8 intellect
Timeless Forest Emerald - 12 stamina and 8 intellect

Blue
Made from the gem Sky Sapphire:
Sparkling Sky Sapphire - 16 spirit,
Solid Sky Sapphire - 24 stamina
Lustrous Sky Sapphire - 6 mana per 5 seconds

Purple
Made from the gem Twilight Opal
Royal Twilight Opal - 9 spellpower and 3 mana per 5 seconds
Purified Twilight Opal - 9 spellpower and 8 spirit
Glowing Twilight Opal - 9 spellpower and 12 stamina.

What choice should you make? I think that you should put Runed Scarlet Ruby in your red sockets. Purified Twilight Opal in your blue sockets for the spellpower and always needing spirit, but it is not available yet. Instead you could get Perfect Purified Shadow Crystal or Royal Twilight Opal . Luminous Monarch Topaz lacking intellect in your yellow sockets.

If you consult the first post in this thread, you will see all the useful gems you already listed.

Purified Twilight Opal was added as a world drop in 3.0.8.

These are the three gems most resto Druids use:

[Runed Scarlet Ruby], [Purified Twilight Opal], [Luminous Monarch Topaz]

Sadly at this time both: [Shifting Twilight Opal] and [Etched Monarch Topaz] are not available in game.

I think it is also worth mentioning: [Regal Twilight Opal] for feral tanking gems as well as the shifting is unavailable. Personally i'm sticking to the [Guardian's Twilight Opal] in blue slots until shifting is available.
IMO [Perfect Shifting Shadow Crystal] for tanks having to be hybrids, is this not the best gem. As mentioned in quote, the rare versions aren't available yet. Just wondering

The most importent gem for any DPS Feral is the [Bold Scarlet Ruby] this is currently missing in the OP.

They were changed to agility to reflect the 3.1 mechanics.

Are you sure? Considering what I just got from the post "Feral Druid Numbers" in 3.1 it will look like this:

I would imagine that the bonuses would multiply (which appears to be what your figures above include anyway).

Just a few corrections to your figures (pretty sure they are correct).

Strength
Cat - 2.37864 AP (2.616504 AP)
Bear - 2.1624 AP (2.37864 AP)
Bear with PotP - 2.292144 (2.5213584 AP)

Agility
1.18932 AP (Cat Only) (1.308252 AP)
.0129744% crit (.01427184% crit)
.025948% dodge (.0285428% dodge)
2.1624 armor (2.37864 armor)
So, If this information is correct, I believe STR will still better than AGI, don't you think?

No.

The new toskk's is showing delicates beating out bolds by about 9% in Naxx gear levels. Obviously the calculations are still preliminary, but it looks like the savage roar change will indeed favor agi over str.

I try and keep this thread up to date, from what I have seen/read Agi is going to be the DPS stat (since savage roar is not based off your AP anymore mainly {edit: apparantly this is more related to the primal gore talent [see below, sorry for the confusion]}). If someone comes out with numbers that prove this to be false and the community supports it I will edit the OP back to Strength, but for now it stays agi.

Just a note, the higher value of agi is not so much about the change to savage roar, but more due to primal gore, which lets agi skyrocket according to Cat DPS Calculator .

I sse you are using toskk's in order to verify it.

But I wonder if anyone have some numbers considering AGI vs STR gemming(as we get diminishing returns from it)? It's not that I don't believe in you or anything, It's just that I do not understand how can AGI be better than STR considering the AP we get from STR(that would also increase our bleed dmg).

Live: DoTs can't crit. Crit is wasted itemization on bleeds.
PTR: DoTs DO crit with the Primal Gore talent. Crit is no longer wasted itemization on bleeds. Agility's crit is balanced in such a way that it's now better than Str.

Also, we get diminishing returns on DODGE from Agi, but not crit.

As a feral druid tank for [Titan-Forged Boots of Triumph] what gem should i use? Now i know that it is not the best for tanking but its better than nothing. Currently i am using the 7 defense and 11 stam gem.

Since the socket bonus is useless feel free to gem with either 24stam (solid), 16agi (delicate), or 12stam/8agi (shifting) depending if you need the HP or Avoidance more.
