Commenting out worked for me too. But i did have to download a new text editor to do it. So i figured id save somone the hassle.
Search for "FeralbyNight:BossauraMonitor()" Comment out that line, should be the first one it finds. It is the only thing on the line.
was
FeralbyNight:CooldownMonitor()
FeralbyNight:BossauraMonitor()
if FeralbyNightdb.procshow then
FeralbyNight:ProcauraMonitor()
end
change to
FeralbyNight:CooldownMonitor()
-- FeralbyNight:BossauraMonitor()
if FeralbyNightdb.procshow then
FeralbyNight:ProcauraMonitor()
end
There we go, this one worked for me. Took about 20 seconds to do, just open the .lua file up in wordpad! Major thanks Tauran I was just about to come into this thread and post the error messages I've been having, when I noticed everyone else did that as well.
First off, thanks to all who found the fix for this addon. Absolute godsend.
Does anyone else feel they nerfed us a bit too harshly in 3.2? I remember reading that the nerfs should result in a 2% change in dps, but I noticed a lot of fights where my dps was well below 2% of where it was in 3.1. I unfortunately don't have any WWS to share because my addons are in havok at the moment, but when the recount was posted I was rather shocked at how low my dps has dropped.

The changes they made to all of our abilites avg out to be more of a 5-10% dps loss from what I see. Personally I don't see it as much, but I wasn't using FBN until a week before 3.2, and I realized that my rotation was all kinds of wrong from what it should have been. Now that I've got a better handle on things, I'm still doing more dps then I was before 3.2, which makes me wonder what I could have been putting out pre patch.
The theorycrafting I've done for my less than Naxx BiS feral says I lost ~1.6% DPS. All theorycrafting I've seen on the subject says pretty much the same thing, we lost 1-2% DPS. An exceptionally poorly geared feral might lose 3%. Unless somebody can come up with some kind of reason for the 5-10% claims, I'd say it's just random variation and/or psychological. Keep in mind that your DPS can vary wildly with group composition, luck, and hell, even mood.
So, I'll admit I was very glad to see that overall I wasn't really affected to much by losing the suggester. I had sort of been afraid I was becoming too dependent on it and was glad to see the only thing I wasn't doing quite right without it was a few FBs where I shouldn't have.

I was completely nonfunctional since my addons that track buffs and debuffs (basically elkanos and dotimer) were broken as well. Then facemauler rescued me ;p.
My DPS dropped quite noticably. I don't have BiS Ulduar, but good gear, I used to fight for top Damage in 3.1, I got 11th place in one fight last night. Brought a tear to my eye. I have about 10000AP, 50% crit, 522ArmPen, hit capped and all. Did everyone else get a buff too? Is that why the range seems so different. I couldn't break 7k DPS on bosses, I was stuck around 6.8k.
They scrubbed a slight portion of our periodic damage. We will not be seeing anything near 5-10% loss. Numbers like this are most likely due to you not being comfortable with your ui. Nerf wise: Unnecessary? I think so. Game ending? Not at all.
Hi!
Sorry for being absent for so long. I've updated the addon for 3.2, it will be avaiable on curse in a few hours.
EDIT: I've just finished 3.242 version, I've found the problem (they have changed a spell id for devouring flame) so Boss mod is up again.
Big thanks for code debugging FBN while I was absent.
Change log. v.3.242
-FBN now works with patch 3.2
- Ability damage updated.
To Do:
- Add new set bonuses and trinket procs.
I'm actually on vacation near a central italy lake and I don't have a lot of time for coding, also I must use mobile phone to browse internet and the line is not good so I've also some trouble using WoW. I'll be back on 1st september.
I'll put an eye on the forum and try to do everything I can for simulator and addon to keep both (and this forum) updated. In the mean time if you can watch out and describe particular 3.2 fights (movement, buff, debuff...) it will be welcome because I'm out of raiding till september.
Thanks for the patience.

Since all new items from the Coliseum - including the Heroic version - were retrieved from the Armory, I tried to reach the Armor Penetration cap of 1232 without temporary buffs or trinkets.
This is the first result, most likely not the best version since I disregarded all other variables (most notably Hit and Expertise) and went straight for the Armor Penetration cap. These faults in the gear can be fixed with the free trinket slot, which is currently unused and could be used for either more hit (e.g. Blood of the Old God) or better DPS stats (most likely Death's Verdict "Heroic") as required.
The gear set below retains the 2 piece T8 bonus and is only 2 points over the Armor Penetration hard cap of 1232. Assumed professions for this set are Blacksmithing and Jewelcrafting. Items are socketed with Fractured Cardinal Rubies, 3 Fractured Dragon's Eyes, 1 Nightmare Tear and 1 Delicate Cardinal Ruby.

Required food is Hearty Rhino for a additional 40 Armor Penetration rating. That brings the total amount to 1234 Armor Penetration rating which is 2 points over the hard cap of 100% at 1232 rating.
Please note: This gear set is purely experimental and needs a lot more theorycrafting and simulation data before it could be seen as a true suggestion for gearing or BiS listings. It is merely a good stepping stone and a proof that the 1232 rating required for 100% passive Armor Penetration is indeed attainable with the new instance.
You didn't use any T9 pieces at all? That seems somewhat flawed. For instance, the shoulders ([Runetotem's Shoulderpads of Triumph]) have 68 armor pen at the 258 level.
I have no clue how to make use of code, C++, a compiler, or any such tools. Can someone point me in the right direction of a crash course, or provide simple instructions of how to make use of this simulator? I've gotten as far as loading the simulator into Visual C++, and staring at the lines of code. Thanks for any help.
I plugged in a similar set but didn't use Relic Hunter (Pitiless Killer) and I threw in the Tier 9 shoulders and Badge helmet for good measure with the latest Rawr and got a value of 10k DPS. What was most interesting though was that Rake was no longer used in the rotation. Now with the 2-piece (which in my Rawr setup I didn't have), we'd see more DPS out of Rake with the added time, but I didn't think we'd choose to leave the ability in the dust completely.
Then again my setup with LW/JC has me at 1215 ArP. A no Rake rotation would essentially be like a Combat Rogue rotation, cycling between two finishers and sometimes a third with a single combo generating ability.

What exactly are you trying to do?
If you just want to optimize your dps cycle, the addon is quite useful (and requires no C++ compiler or knowledge of the language).

Seems like the addon is not detecting Mangle properly. I was doing mimiron tonight and it was suggesting it like crazy. I had a dps warrior and another feral druid in the group and it was still suggesting it all the time.
I have the option set to detect others mangles as well and Shred when efficient.
******NEVERMIND I'm fail
Got 10 man firefighter tonight and I noticed my dps was doing pretty bad and I kept getting mangle suggestions. Well we got it down for the first time! Went to the dummy to test out why my dps sucked so bad...still getting mangle suggestions...
I was in tank spec...the whole freaking Mimiron fight...I'm fail...we would have gotten it for the first time as a 2-shot. Our 2nd attempt we got him down to 0, 40k, 0 when we wiped. If I was in the right spec we would have easily gotten it. So fail.
It seems strange. Are you using the 3.242 version? Is the first time I heard of problem on Mimiron, are you sure that they are putting mangle debuff on your target? You can basically disable mangling checking "Check if other players keep mangle-debuff active" and putting "Prioritize Mangle" to 0. It will use mangle only if mangle debuff is expired in that way.

That wasn't the issue. I just tested and even with tank spec and 2/2 Shred it still suggests mangle over shred, even though i have imp.mangle 0/3
On the gear discussion topic. I could possible sit with passive 800 ArP using new ArP ToC trinket over either darkmoon or grimtoll and gemming for ArP in everyslot with still some subpar pieces. The question is, if it would be better i shall probably replace Grim toll and slowly gear towards more ArP even dropping the T8 bonuses and as someone else suggested in other thread, you can with new Coloseum gear get 100% passive ArP and hang at around 10.5k DPS.
Droping tier doesn't seem bad idea, considering that at such gear level you don't need tier bonus as you would drop rake from rotation anyway. The 4pT9 bonus is nice but pure ArP simplifies the rotation aswell.
The question is, worth to drop grim toll already and go for it or not at my current gear level.
I'm noticing a problem with mangle suggestions too, but not in cat form. When I am in bear form I am getting mangle suggested before my cooldown for mangle has worn off. It isn't a big deal, I can hold threat fine without it, but since I have FBN for DPS I tend to use it sometimes for tanking as well and it's been irritating me since the patch. I'm also using the modified form with the one line commented out right now.
