Since the release of 4.1, I have noticed an exceptional amount of delay in key presses. I have tried disabling all of my addons, and messing around with the new options for having a cast go off with the downpress of a key, but it is much more difficult to maintain a concise rotation. I am finding it very difficult to maintain a CS-ASx2-SSx5 rotation without clipping CS far more than I am used to. Everything feels a lot more clunky. Is anyone else noticing this?

Pretty sure that's due to the 4.1 patch itself. Things were laggy tonight.

You may need to increase your lag latency a bit after the patch. I noticed I had to bump mine up a bit and geting the timing down for the new key presses was a little different.

I think it's difficult to notice if you key spam. Here's a better way to describe what's going on, I cast a spell and it works correctly in my case for example Steady Shot, the shot/cast itself works normal but the icon that usually spins aka Global cooldowns stops sometimes and I can not spell queue correctly, it doesn't happen every global but quite randomly.

It can completely throw off ones rotation and I have noticed a huge dps loss in raid and on target dummies.

Yes this is an issue I've been having as well, if this bug will stay until the next patch I don't know if I'll be able to keep up with a competetive DPS.

Pet Focus at 4.1

Pet focus seems to be randomly going back to full.
Dummy tests with just pet attacking, and often the focus bar jumped back to 100, even after pet was down on 15 focus.
Since only GftT gives focus directly to pet, and only at rates of 5/10, something seems bugged, but still haven't figured it out. Anyone else with the same 'problem'?

If that continues, could be worth to spec 2 points in WH and 0 SA for ferocity pets.

I've tried moving the latency bar around and such as well, and this is definitely still happening as of this morning.

I agree that the icon cooldowns seem to be off. However, watching the Blizzard cast bar carefully, I am seeing the correct sequence of spells go off and with the correct timing. I'm not seeing any dps problems either (after I disabled a bunch of addons, specifically MSBT, Quartz, and X-Perl.)

What I'm seeing is that instants (such as Chimera shot) as well as Aimed Shot are literally refusing to queue unless I repeatedly tap their respective hotkeys to, in essence, "remind" Blizzard's system that I want those shots to go off.

I'm seeing a considerable DPS loss because there are number times Chimera won't fire to refresh Serpent, Aimed won't begin casting and thus I remain focus capped longer than necessary, and Steady Shot basically fires on continual loop because the other two simply won't go off.

Patch 4.1 has fixed the bug where the instant Aimed Shot proc would not work correctly in a macro. It used to consume the proc but still have a cast time, but now it works correctly as an instant shot. Good news for people like me who macro Aimed Shot with synapse springs, on-use trinkets, etc.

Is it me or does this seem wrong:

- Standard phase unhasted: CS-ASx2-SSx5. Tight 9s cycle on cycles when an MMM AI proc replacing an SS, and 9.25s on cycles without an MMM AI proc replacing an SS. MMM AI procs should replace an AS instead of an SS on roughly every 1 of 2 procs.
- Standard phase with RF: CS-AIx2-SSx5. Tight 9s cycle with a little more than 0.1s deadtime. MMM AI procs replace the extra SS with a small focus loss over the RFs.
- Standard phase with BL: CS-AIx2-SSx5. Tight 9s cycle with a little less than 0.1s deadtime. MMM AI procs replace the extra SS. May require a 6th SS once in a while to maintain focus.
- KS phase unhasted: CS-ASx2-KS-SSx4. Tight 9s cycle every cycle. MMM AI procs replace an AS or the KS on cycles that skip the KS.
- KS phase with RF: CS-AIx2-KS-SSx4. MMM AI procs replace the KS.
- KS phase with BL: CS-AIx2-KS-SSx4. MMM AI procs replace a hardcast AI to save focus.

There is no access focus to cast 2 aimed shots directly after a Chimera Shot without atleast 1-2 Steadys. So I'm beginning to wonder if someone is slipping on these rotations.

These numbers only show the number of times a specific action is used in that rotation, not the actual castsequence of its use.
