Huh? At least the 4 pc T6 bonus definatly is modeled into the spreadsheet. Check the steady shot calculations, in cell J19 there´s the Gronnstalker Bonus. I´m also pretty sure the 4 pc T5 bonus is modeled too, even though I didn´t check it out now. There´s a reason why about every Best-DPS template presented here includes 4 pc T6.

I think he's talking about stacking the two 4-piece bonuses.
I'm not sure if 5% extra Steady crit is worth the stat difference to lug around 4 pieces of T5 gear when you have T6 available for those slots. I think the 2-piece T5 bonus will probably be something you swap in based on specific fights though.

Alright as version 43 of the spreadsheet is release with 2.4 content items I assume we´ll get far better results soon. I´ll not use those results before 2.4 is released though. The Best-DPS template is supposed to be kind of a list of best equippment that currently can be aquired on live server. Feel free to start creating and refining a new set with 43 though.

I was able to get up to
Hunter DPS: 1550.39
Pet DPS: 518.48
Total DPS: 2068.87
using the same setup as the previous top dps but just changed the shot rotation settings around. (No new gear.)

Unless there are some very good sunwell shoulders available, this may make the BM shoulders viable. We can get our 4 piece bonus from elsewhere and now have a pet that is beefier than ever. Let the experiments begin, but don't get too carried away. Stats can still change.

With all due respect to you BM guys out there, this thread holds little interest to 50% ish of the hunter community. It's high time that we introduced a MM and SV "high" DPS mark if for no other reason than the information gleaned can be ground breaking and save each and every one of us hours of testing time.
The one problem that I see though to get MM or SV high numbers we would need to include the "slightly dubious" 2:1 rotation which isn't modelled yet. On top of this to get 2200 approx DPS from either spec involves a rediculous amount of group support, consumable use, procs, drum rotations etc to bring SV or MM back to essentially a 1:1 rotation for a period of say 2 mins. Then you could see SV or MM top BM numbers. None of which is at all feasible to be modelled by Cheeky.
Nonetheless a SV and MM high mark would provide invaluable information,

There is nothing stopping anybody from doing this, and if a person were to post a highest DPS for MM/SV I'm sure Midnight would be willing to add that information to the original post. The problem is that mathematically MM/SV specs can't really compete with BM. It's only in practice with variable factors that MM/SV is able to pull ahead.

I think we should put the new Best-DPS setups on hold until 2.4 goes live and the corrosponding spreadsheet from Cheeky is done, because - honestly - all those pre-2.4 reports will be outdated and outmatched by than.
Having said this - like Kamaa suggested I´ll gladly include Best-DPS builds for every spec in my opening post if you provide me with the data after 2.4 goes live.

I've nearly got the current best DPS list. I'm a handful of pieces away and I'm loving it. I just wanted to post here so that the thread wasn't forgotten, and to let people know I'm working on a sunwell list. We may finally replace the DST, and I hope you didn't spend too much DKP on that T6 chest. It's gone. Looks like vision was a good buy though. I don't see a replacement for that one.
Anywho, make sure you keep an open mind and look forward to the upgrades to come. ;-)

Most of them are already in the spreadsheet. I hope to have the rest entered (and the new T6 corrected) tonight, pending wife aggro.

Alright folks, 2.4 is about to hit life, a new version of the spreadsheet has been release (46) I think we can start to pick up the project again. I allowed the choice of Elixir of Major Agility, edited my first post a bit to reflect the latest changes and am awaiting your input.

Mind if I suggest steering away from Thori'dal, until we actually have someone test it on the field? The mechanics behind it are pretty simple, but I can see a lot of ways to bug it.

I've suggested it before and I'll suggest it again. Why not make curse of shadows a debuff? It is a very common debuff and it will actually have an impact on the DPS of certain specs.
As an afterthought, things available only from crafting are questionable, ie gems and ring enchants. I say this only because drums aren't modeled, and I think the small benefits from enchants and gems would be hard pressed to outweigh a drum. If Cheeky decides to model drums then that would definitely change things.

I tired hosting a screenshot of my buffs page but works security wouldn't alow it
Anyways, I tried to follow the buffs as closely as possible to the guidlines set in the OP. This is what I have, I think it's right.
Hunter Buffs:
BoK, enhanced BoM, enhanced AB, enhanced GotW, Elixir of Major Agility, Elixir of Major Mageblood
Pet Buffs:
BoK, enhanced BoM, enhanced GotW
Target Debuffs
5/5 Sunders, CoR, Faerie Fire (Not enhanced)
If your still having difficulty reproducing it, make sure your running version 46 with a 1:1 (priority), Hand-Weaved, 0.2 sec latency rotation. As well make sure to make and use a custom ring in place of the Band of Ruinous Delight as it's stats are a bit off atm.

Kamaa, delicate fire ruby doesn't exist in game yet. Also you used JC only gems, ring enchants and a BoP leatherworking chest. I assume sticking to 2 professions is part of the rules.

The chest I used is actually not a LW item, but the gloves are, so I assume that's what you meant. Good catch. I'll edit my post to reflect the dropping of JC. Blame Cheeky for the delicate fire ruby. ;-p
Edit: I was correct the first time and changed my post back to its original state. (minus the delicate fire ruby)

It's the other way around. The chest patterns are boe and create a bop item. The glove patterns are bop and create a boe item.
Edit: I already have the mats sitting in my bank for the gloves.
