I posted this a few pages back. In the spreadsheet for the "Go for the throat" calculation (Pet Calculations!F33), shouldn't it use the "CompositeShotCritRate" value instead of the "Calculations!B41" which is the base crit value?

GftT procs off any shot correct? not just Auto Shots.

Using "Calculations!B41" doesn't account for the extra crit from "Survival Instincts", "Imp Barrage", "T.N.T", "Sniper Training", "Rift Stalkers 4-piece bonus", or "Glyph of Trueshot Aura". "CompositeShotCritRate" does.

I really think partial resists should be calculated for all abilities that are subject to it. Currently only explosive shot is subject to partials in the sheet; it should also apply to chimera, chimera - serpent, serpent sting, wild quiver, and arcane shot. I've been looking around for a good source to point to that shows ongoing or updated work on the assumed damage reduction due to partial resists, but I simply can't find it. I've asked some well known people from these forums directly and here assumptions that it is either 5% or 2% per level (6% for bosses) or somewhere around there. Perhaps it could be a configurable setting?

Also, your max value for explosive shot (496) does not match what wowhead has (516): Explosive Shot - Spell - World of Warcraft I'm assuming this was taken from an earlier version of the shot; if there's been evidence that suggests wowhead is wrong I apologize.

It's doing roughly the same for me. An initial guess it's that it's not a bug, per se, but a re-optimization of your shot cycle. For instance, if you're survival, without latency you'd be doing explosive + 3 specials. This probably has you doing explosive + 2 specials, but it's much tighter than your explosive + 3 specials with high latency. Just a guess.

Small (cosmetic) error in version 82d regarding [Chestguard of Flagrant Prowess] - it is listed as Obsidian Sanctum 25 but afaik it is only obtainable in Obsidian Sanctum 10 (2D).

This is correct.

Note that the spreadsheet doesn't _wait_ for CDs. If a shot is off cooldown and it has the highest priority of useable shots then it will be used. In this case the high latency cases mean your next Eplosive Shot is getting pushed further and further out because of the long cast time + latency of steady shot.

As Esoth said, once the latency reaches high enough your ES is off cooldown during the 2nd Steady instead of the 3rd.

EDIT:
- Explosive Shot 14% AP scaling
- Staff of the Plaguehound now shows up properly in the pull-down menus on the gear tab
- Added Darkmoon Card: Death and made trinkets that have damage procs able to crit (for 100% crit damage)
- Go for the Throat now uses the composite crit chance over all your shots rather than base crit chance
This should bring it up-to-date with the hotfix. I'm going to hold off on more changes until we know more details about the coming 3.1 patch (or better yet when it is up on the PTR).

First of all, as my first post, I would like to thank Shandara and all posters for this great tool.
Now my question.
I don't understan the line "Explosive Shot Ticks" in the "Settings" tab. I thought it was about overwrite or not last tick of ES during L&L proc, but when I saw the options 0,1,2,3 I was not so sure. And any reason why "2" is the default one?

During the beta the number of 'free' shots was in doubt for a while, this option is a legacy of that.

Shandara, is there any reason why the export/import functionality doesn't include the Character/Realm/Server/Gathering SKill data from the overview sheet?

From the testing I've done the coefficient seems to have been changed to [RAP * 0.14 + 428]-[RAP * 0.14 + 516] from [RAP * 0.16 + 428]-[RAP * 0.16 + 516] that it was before.
For what it's worth, I've independently confirmed the coefficient at 0.14. Here are the numbers, if anyone is interested:

Gear: 4705 AP, Fine Light Crossbow, no trinkets
Spec: Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
Over 300 ES ticks, I observed
Min ES hit: 868
Max ES hit: 1174
Max resist: 225 (max resist occurring with a 868 ES hit: 217)

Bonus damage check:
Max ES - (Min ES + max resist) = 88
Max Damage Bonus (from formula) - Min Damage Bonus = 88

Coef check:
(Max ES - Max Bonus Damage) / Attack Power = 0.13985

Looks like we can safely say that the new formula is indeed [RAP * 0.14 + 428]-[RAP * 0.14 + 516]

Stats on Impassive Starflare Diamond are wrong. The correct stats are 17 crit rating and 10% reduction in fear duration. No crit at all is inputted to the sheet when it is equipped as well.
