Currently you cannot hide ICC25 hardmode gear but still show the exalted ring. Additionally you cannot hide ICC10 hardmode gear while seeing TOGC gear.
Being able to do so would be nice as I couldn't care less about gear which is not available yet.

I have been using your spreadsheet for a while
I also use rawr from time to time as well.
When i use both of them (as a BM spec, havn't tested others yet), they will both agree of the Hunters dps.
However they will always dissagree on the pets dps.
From your spreadsheet:-
Hunter: 4244.50
Pet: 3250.39
Total: 7494.89
From rawr:-
Hunter: 4250
Pet: 4134
Total: 8384
Im not sure why there is such a big difference, but anyone know which of these is more accurate, or is it somwere in the middle? :P
Edit: I have tried to keep the shot piroities, talents, gear and buffs the same on both as i can
Edit 2: I am using a Devilsaur as a pet for both tests

I believe there is a problem.

Well, it can also be an issue if your Aimed Shot is stronger than Chimera due to ArP and the Barrage talents. By dislocating the sync they otherwise have you might just end up pushing Aimed back now and then. The loss of that shouldn't be too great, so if the loss you see is slight (50-60 DPS) then it might be because your Aimed Shot is strong.
Top end Hunters often use glyphs as consumables. Meaning they stack up with perhaps as many as 5 different glyphs and switch depending on the fight. Chimera is obviously superior on high mobility fights, while normal glyphs such as Imp Hawk or Steady Shot are much less valuable.
If none of that fits, then there might indeed be an issue, but since it has worked so far I am reluctant to believe it as of yet. I'm sorry I can't check it myself, not being able to use the spreadsheet from this computer.

From time to time, I compared actual dummy test results with spreadsheet calculations. For doing such calculation, I should do some tweaks on my/pet talents and settings, etc.
Meanwhile, on Overview tab, the spreadsheet allows to choose PTR 83 dummy as a target. Since PTR 83 dummy is a machine, Improved Tracking would not be applied, but there's no differences in total DPS when I change my target to PTR 83 dummy.
It would be rather convenient if Imp Tr would not be appied when the target is a dummy. Not a big issue, though.

You don't need to switch tracking to get the 5% dmg bonus from imp tracking, you simply have to be tracking one of the types listed in the talent and you automatically get the dmg bonus.

Except the spreadsheet is still giving you that bonus when you switch the target to the test dummies, which is mechanical and NOT one of the types you should be getting a bonus for but are in the spreadsheet.

There is a separate field on the Settings tab for the target type though (humanoid, mechanical etc).

The sheet assumes you are attacking a target which benefits from improved tracking. If you want to simulate attacking a target that doesn't, remove the 5 points in the talent. It will give a warning that the spec is incorrect, but you can ignore that since it's purely a cosmetic warning.
@Baklava:
I have been looking into this. Using my default (own) MM profile I get, without Chimera glyph:
| Serpent Sting | 1 | 359,79 | | Silencing Shot | 19 | 18,94 | | Rapid Fire | 4 | 89,95 | | Chimera Shot | 36 | 9,99 | | Kill Shot | 8 | 44,97 | | Aimed Shot | 36 | 9,99 | | Readiness | 2 | 179,90 | | Steady Shot | 127 | 2,83 | | Total | 233 | |
DPS done: 10262,43 (I removed my HM glyph for this)
With the glyph I get:
| Serpent Sting | 1 | 359,74 | | Silencing Shot | 19 | 18,93 | | Rapid Fire | 4 | 89,94 | | Chimera Shot | 40 | 8,99 | | Kill Shot | 8 | 44,97 | | Aimed Shot | 34 | 10,58 | | Readiness | 2 | 179,87 | | Steady Shot | 118 | 3,05 | | Total | 226 | |
DPS done: 10263,94
As you can see you gain 4 Chimera Shots (the CD goes down to an average of 9s compared to 10s as expected), but it pushes off 9 Steady Shots and 2 Aimed Shots. Why? Well, the sheet will wait up to 0,8s for a shot to come off CD. With the shorter CD of Chimera Shot it means a proportionally greater time is spent waiting (and not actually casting).
If I reduce the time to wait to 0s then I get the following:
Without Glyph
| Serpent Sting | 1 | 360,43 | | Silencing Shot | 19 | 18,97 | | Rapid Fire | 4 | 90,11 | | Chimera Shot | 34 | 10,60 | | Kill Shot | 7 | 51,49 | | Aimed Shot | 34 | 10,60 | | Readiness | 2 | 180,21 | | Steady Shot | 136 | 2,65 | | Total | 237 | |
Total dps: 10194,92
With Glyph:
| Serpent Sting | 1 | 359,06 | | Silencing Shot | 19 | 18,90 | | Rapid Fire | 4 | 89,77 | | Chimera Shot | 37 | 9,70 | | Kill Shot | 7 | 51,29 | | Aimed Shot | 33 | 10,88 | | Readiness | 2 | 179,53 | | Steady Shot | 133 | 2,70 | | Total | 236 | |
Total dps: 10277,87
This time almost no shots are lost (the 1 difference is due to the slight difference in fight length produced).

I was looking for upgrades in gear and noticed that bloodfall (ICC 25 man normal item) is showing 3 gem slots instead of 2 while the heroic is showing 2 like it should be from what I have looked at. I just thought I would give a heads up in case no one noticed yet.

Running into a bug with the current version of the spreadsheet. When I download a fresh copy of the spreadsheet and load gear from armory it opens a Microsoft VB debugger window with Call OrderGems highlighted. If I exit out of the debugger and load gear again it loads everything without any errors. It's only the first time on a fresh spreadsheet.
Here's a screenshot of the debugger if it helps. Using Excel 2007 on Windows 7.

I was about to post exactly this. That is the exact same highlighted line that I am seeing in the debugger as well.
I am using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 on Windows Vista 32-bit. My Character is named Zoran on US-Gurubashi.
If I can provide any more information to you, let me know.
Edit - i would like to add that simply closing the debugger and continuing on using the spreadsheet somethings gives wacky calculations, so it isn't simply a nuisance.

Actually according to available data neither of them is slotted correctly in the sheet. The heroic is meant to have 3 slots (not the two in the sheet) and the normal is meant to have 2 slots (not the three in the sheet).
I'm using The World of Warcraft Armory .

My bad must have thought I was looking at the heroic when i wasn't
Ty for the correction. They must have been swapped into the wrong places on the spreadsheet then.

There's a bug in the spreadsheet in that it allows crit chances of greater than 100% and factors them in to damage. For example, with the right gear, Kill Shot for a SV hunter can hit over 100% (I got it to over 103% without trying much) and the spreadsheet calculates Kill Shot's total damage based on that, giving an inflated value. I came across this while trying to find out at what point crit can get so high that AP replaces Agility as the preferred gem choice for SV, as the crit from Agility is no longer helpful.
