The import function for European players probably points to http://armory.wow-europe.com/ and doesn't work anymore. As of yesterday 24-02, that URL seems to have changed to http://eu.wowarmory.com/. That one is working fine.

Any idea how I can change the URL inside the spreadsheet to point to the correct EU armory url?

The problem is not the URL. The EU armory is now doing redirects if you don't have a specific cookie set and it's messing up many armory tools. I was able to solve the problem on the femaledwarf site by setting a cookie of:
loginChecked=1

I'm not sure if Excel supports cookies, hopefully Shandara can fix it.

There's a tiny stat mistake in the current spreadsheet with Handgrips of Frost and Sleet (H): They actually have 64 hit, while the spreadsheet says 65 hit. Its other stats are correct.

Update:
- Chimera Shot now uses normal Culling the Herd/T10 2p bonus values instead of full values when serpent sting is refreshed to carry %damage bonuses.
- Wodin's Lucky Necklace location updated to be both 10/25-man ICC
- Aldriana's Gloves of Secrecy (normal) stats corrected
- Nerub'ar Stalker's Cord socket bonus corrected
- 3.3.3 PTR: Ferocious Inspiration change setting added to settings page (default ON)
- Added more detailed drop location information (thanks to Leggo of EJ)
- Regemmer fix to deal with items with only red sockets which have a +hit bonus (Handgrips of Frost and Sleet)
Since this PTR seems to have relatively few changes to hunters, there's a toggle to turn them on/off (defaults on) for now. If there come more massive changes I might make a separate PTR version again).

Low priority request purely for convenience only.

Would it please be possible to include the Gear Planner settings in the export/import. I always forget to update them the first time I run Gear Planner with a new version and end up with Alliance instead of Horde gear being calculated in addition to other settings different from yours.

EDIT: I am encountering something unexpected in the spreadsheet. It may not be a problem with the spreadsheet but a problem with my understanding instead; however, it does not seem correct.

I have a slot for BiS gear set for my situation (race, raid buffs, spec, chosen glyphs and rotation). After each new version of the spreadsheet, I mess around with it a little to see if I can increase the numbers but do not spend much time with it since I am very far from being in that situation.

In my current version, I am using a 2H weapon with the Accuracy enchant on it to get hit capped. Since the setup I have allows for 3 orange gems (1 glinting for hit cap and 2 deadlies) since am ArP capped without them being Fractured, I decided to reinvestigate replacing the Accuracy enchant with Massacre and gemming hit in those yellow sockets. Here is a step by step changes that I made and their impacts to the DPS:

1) Replaced Accuracy with Massacre on the 2H weapon. => +25 DPS despite now being 0.73% below the hit cap.
2) Replaced a Deadly gem with a Rigid. => -29 (-4 total) DPS with now being 0.12% below the hit cap.
3) Replaced a Glinting with a Rigid. => -7 (-11 total) DPS with now being 0.18% above the hit cap.

This does not make sense to me. The overall net change was +5 hit, +110 AP, -35 crit, and -20 agi. So essentially I am trading off 55 ilevel in agi and crit for 55 in AP, which is indeed the slight DPS loss shown in the end.

What I cannot seem to accept though is the trade in steps 2) and 3), where its 30 hit vs. 20 agi and 10 crit for -36 DPS. Of course only 24 of the hit is beneficial, but this is basically saying that hit has lower benefit than other stats at BiS gear level. Is that correct?

Additional information:

- The initial ilevel + 1:
Agility + 1: 2.307
AP + 1: 1.860
Crit + 1: 1.990
Hunter Hit + 1: 0.000
Pet Hit + 1: 0.616
ArP Rating+1: 3.365

- The ilevel +1 after replacing weapon enchant:
Agility + 1: 2.294
AP + 1: 1.817
Crit + 1: 2.004
Hunter Hit + 1: 0.000 <= 0 although 24 hit below the cap?
Pet Hit + 1: 0.625
ArP Rating+1: 3.375

- The ilevel +1 after regemming for hit:
Agility + 1: 2.292
AP + 1: 1.817
Crit + 1: 2.001
Hunter Hit + 1: 0.000
Pet Hit + 1: 0.624
ArP Rating+1: 3.359

- The ilevel +1 for my character as he is currently:
Agility + 1: 1.951
AP + 1: 1.591
Crit + 1: 1.639
Hunter Hit + 1: 0.000
Pet Hit + 1: 0.606
ArP Rating+1: 2.374

- The BiS ilevel +1 from version 93h:
Agility + 1: 2.324
AP + 1: 1.877
Crit + 1: 2.004
Hunter Hit + 1: 3.363
Pet Hit + 1: 0.616
ArP Rating+1: 3.364

In 93h, taking the same steps had the following results, which makes much more sense:

1) Replaced Accuracy with Massacre on the 2H weapon. => -45 DPS since 0.73% below the hit cap.
2) Replaced a Deadly gem with a Rigid. => +30 (-15 total) DPS with now being 0.12% below the hit cap.
3) Replaced a Glinting with a Rigid. => +2 (-13 total) DPS with now being 0.18% above the hit cap.

All the gemming/enchanting changes that you have made suggest that you are indeed hit capped. Also the ilevel+1 suggests that you are hit capped. Check your "Ranged Critical Hit Chance vs. Level 83". Check for other sources of hit in your BiS set (such as hand adjust, draenai aura, Focused Aim talent).

Since you haven't made any haste changes, your spreadsheet shot rotation is presumably unchanged. Thus I would suggest that the next step in understanding your dps changes could be to go to the calculations tab and verify the dps changes of each shot that you use in your rotation.

Edit: found a mistake in the spreadsheet - in the Calculations tab, FinalHit (Cell B59) is inappropriately adding "Hit Rating per %" (Cell B50). Cell B50 was not present in 93h.

I was playing with version 93i today and noticed the same thing as Whitefyst. That is, the spreadsheet is valuing hit at 0.000 no matter what you do. That explains the odd behavior you see.

Yes, the numbers I reported for being below the hit cap was from "Ranged Critical Hit Chance vs. Level 83".

And yes, the error you found seems to be the source. Cell B57, Unadjusted Total Hit Chance, is what is reported in Ranged Critical Hit Chance vs. Level 83" on the Gear tab and Hit% on the Talents tab. While B58 is used in the attribute calculations and is now incorrectly being modified by B50, Hit Rating per % of 32.79, which is being incorrectly summed into B58 in both the IF check and the "else" calculation.

Noticed a bug while importing my armory the other day. I have Scourgebane enchant on my weapon for ICC but when I import my armory setting I get "+140 Attack Power versus Undead is not a supported Melee enchant" is there anyway this can be fixed?

How difficult would it be to implement an option that allows you to adjust a Multi-shot versus Aimed Shot ratio? This would be handy to determine the true value of Glyph of Aimed Shot, among other Aimed buffing talents.

The difference between the Spreadsheet and Simcraft

As SV (2/15/54) the difference between Simcraft and the Spreadsheet dps is very small. 11100,44(Spreadsheet) and 11142(Simcraft).
As SV without Replenishment (5/15/51) the difference becomes bigger and in the Spreadsheet I lose dps compared to the Replenishment spec. 10985,13dps(Spreadsheet) and 11205dps(Simcraft).
As Marksman (7/57/7) the difference is greatest. 11508,86dps in the Spreadsheet and 10987dps in Simcraft.

Every results are with my current equip.

Which result should I believe now? Can someone explain to me where the difference come from?

The haste bug will be fixed soon or it is serious bug that cannot be fixed that fast? I tried today and it had the same problem still unfortunately.
