My UI, although not much has changed since I last posted it here, it has just been perfected. (that's what I like to think at least )

The main components:
Dominos - Bars
All but one hidden and everything bound to keys.

Pitbull - Unitframes
Only really used for me, target, target target, pet, focus and focustarget.
Focus and focus target show up in between me and targat right above the bar with abilities.
I should work pet target in there too.

Raid and party things are handled by Grid.

Satrina Buff Frames - buffs
sorted in short duration buffs (right side of the screen top to bottom)
Long duration buffs (along the top of the screen, hidden in combat)
Aspect (top right corner)
Debuffs (right side, below short duration buffs)
Lock and Load/other special procs (Middle screen, see through and with a timer bar)

Quartz
Castbars, in the middle between me and my target, for Me, target and focus.

Sexymap
Simple map with all buttons and crap on mouseover to prevent the cluttered minimap thing.

Mik's Scrolling Battle Text.
The latest and one of the best additions to help keep my screen from getting cluttered.

Edit: added a screen of out of combat casting.

@Spago (or anyone who can tell): What unit frames are you using for your health/mana, target, target's target, and for the full raid in your raid screenshot?

For raid frames it looks like he's using the default ui and pitbull for his health/target/etc.

As far as I know, Bartender4 and Xperl are perfectly compatible. I ran Bartender3 and Xperl for over a year, and then I upgraded to the 4th version, and they both worked just fine. My guess is you might be missing some of the files for the addons or you may have not installed one of them properly (yeah, I know it's a silly mistake, but it happens to us all at some point).

Actually, come to think of it, could you be morespecific on what you mean by 'do not have the option'? Are you getting any error messages? Can you at least enable both of them from the addon screen? Are you missing any configuration windows?

hi Enova,

I managed to solve it. i think the problem was with sexymap mod, cause no matter what i did, my xperl button (shortcut)won't appear onthe minimap. I can only activate my xperl by typing it.

nonetheless, thanks for the advices.

I noticed a few people setting Elk's Buff Bar with two main buff groups. One to track personal buffs/cooldowns like trinkets/talentprocs/heroism/etc, and another to track general raid buffs.

Previously I had set this up manually, whitelisting/blacklisting EVERY single buff on both groups. With 3.1, my settings were reset and it's being an absolute pain to do this all over again.

Using Filter Selfcast and Timeless just don't seem to do what I want. Maybe these settings are bugged? I can't find a quick way to set this up besides manually filtering them all over again.

You don't have to whitelist and blacklist everything. The entire point of having these lists is to simplify it for you. The white list means "only show the buffs/debuffs I've got checked here." The black list means "don't show the buffs/debuffs I've got checked here," and that implies that everything else is shown.

So, go out into the wild somewhere and shoot at mobs until you get your trinkets to proc. Then, go into the filter for that group of bars, and into the white list submenu. Click on the buffs for your trinkets (greatness, reflection of torment, etc.). Uncheck anything else which is selected. That bar group will now only show those procs.

To remove those from your normal raid buffs, go into the black list for that group and make it so that nothing but those buffs are checked. You do not have to have anything checked in this group's white list. Any buffs which you haven't yet "discovered" in a raid environment should in theory be buffs which you still want to see, so when you encounter them in a raid they won't be blacklisted and they'll show up just fine.

Yeah, but the problem was it just wasn't working very well.

the mod was updated for 3.1 however and the whitelist/blacklist filters seems to work perfectly now, so ignore my post =P

Sympa UI

Coming back to my hunter after a long 'vacation' at the start of Wotlk. Some of you may remember my UI from before. Updated with a few new tricks. Namely eventhorizon for debuff/cooldown monitoring.

First Screenshot (picture 29) is idling with omen testing toggled on.
Second Screenshot (picture 30) is Idling with raid frames and full buff/debuff being shown for placement.
Third screenshot (picture 32) is an action shot to display settings for eventhorizon mostly.

Full addon list includes many that arn't being used. Main addons in use are pitbull3, omen, bartender, bison, kgpanels, sexymap, prat, eventhorizon. (The big ugly booger sitting underneath the map is improved error frame, an addon that moves error messages conveniently to a separate and out-of-the-middle-of-your-screen area).
