Actually it's caused by poor system/network performance. I'm experiencing this since WotLK release.

Well it showed up for a lot of us only in 3.1. Blizz has finally acknowledged they're looking at it.

I have been working on my UI for a few days. I haven't moved my abilities around yet since I started the UI. Still tweaking it a little, and made it in two color themes. Any suggestions would be great =D

Update on the UI. Still figuring out where to put my Omen and Recount, but meh. I've also switched the minimap to be where it is in the raid shot.

What addons are you all using to move the buff/debuff anchor? I see that Tuxy and majellah both have moved their mini-maps and, as such, have moved their buffs/debuffs over to the far upper right hand corner.

Well I use an addon called Buffalo, which allows you to customise your buffs - for example: scale, size, layout etc. . .

Chinchilla is the Minimap.

Yea, mine is just an adaptation of Caith's. Just made it a little more raid friendly. Yours looks nice also.

I stole Hals textures because everything else just looked awful after a few months. The layout isn't very original but it's surprisingly functional. (Omen is next to recount, but hidden till you get into combat)
