I appreciate everyone who has posted UI's and add-on lists, it gives me ideas on how I want my UI to lay out.
Is it possible to copy some folder/data which contains the EXACT set up shown in the pic? This would save many people the often problematic issue of setting up the UI's and really not understanding some of the tweaks.

The only real way to grab the exact configuration would be if the UI creator linked a download file to their WTF folder (well really just the Saved Variables folder from the account name and the one from the character name).
It would also probably require links to the add-on versions used as sometimes (but usually not) different add-on versions will be incompatible.
After getting a hold of these Saved Variable files, the desired user would have to go through each individual file (just delete the .bak backups) and open them with a text editor like Notepad, use the Find & Replace feature, and change all name and realm references of the original UI creator to their own.
Also, different graphic resolutions or UI scaling could change object positions.

Depending on the addons in use, the Saved Variables folder wouldn't be enough. You'd need the account level Saved Variables directory, the toon specific Saved Variables directory and the layout-local.txt file from the toon directory

I started tweaking this UI with the idea of having lots of space to see what's going on around me while having small but clear ways to see the basic stuff that I need in raiding; cooldowns, debuffs and aspects. The aspect notification is not visible in the screenshot, but I use PowerAuras for it - an icon flashing over my health bar depending on the active aspect.
Addon list:
Ace3

ButtonFacade: PixelSkin

My UI was inspired by Patchopfer's presented in Hunter PvE UIs.
I wanted to make it as minimalistic as possible still maintaining the efficiency. Therefore most of the
addons (recount, omen, vuhdo/grid) only show when a certain condition is met, usually raid and/or combat.
I also hid most of the actionbars that are not needed all the time. They appear when I mouseover a certain
spot on the interface. (in this case the place below my avatar and the image of that woman there)

Zeel WOW Good UI
The thing I am curious about is almost every other hunter UI has like 10 buttons or so.
My question is does that mean for most every other thing is keybound or do i just over compensate with my UI having most buttons out...
Thanks ahead of time just really curious to how others play.

Well I do have many buttons there too, but they are just not visible until needed.
Here's an image of the designated areas that become visible when I move my cursor there:
(target, target's target and pet target are of course visible when there is something to target...)
and here's what would happen if I were to hover over those areas all at once:
I hope this was what you were asking about.

I'm quite impressed with most of the UIs here. They are generally quite sleek. My own has become a bit crowded as more addons over the years have taken their place. This in turn has lead to me to use yet more addons to clean it up... Silly circle I'm running.
Anyway, I'm pretty satisfied with what I have overall, but I do have a question though.
Most of you guys either have no buttons for our skills or relatively few. I know that in my own guild some have it all keybound, but that's usually the healers that use even their lesser used abilities fairly often. Me on the other hand, well Aspect of the Wild, Concussive Shot, Explosive Trap for instance (there are more of course, and a lot that are even used less but still used) these are all used to some extent but it can be weeks between, yet when they are needed, they are needed. Hence keybinding them tends to use up important quickspace, or ends up being too obscure to remember.
So I ask, how do you manage? I have 5 full bars of abilities. I could possibly remove 2 bars, but risk standing around like a fool when an ability is used that I removed.

I honestly just have nearly everything keybound Kraxis :S The keybindings for some things may actually be so obscure that I can't remember out of game, but when I need them in game I end up hitting them. Those 3 for instance are bound to CTRL+5, Shift+S, and CTRL+X respectively. It's not like I'd use those combinations for anything else, and most abilities like that I've left the bindings constant since I first got them 4 years ago, so they are pretty ingrained. The binds I change more often are the ones I need to hit often (` to 5), which are currently MS, HM, Aimed, BA/Readiness, Chimera/Explosive, KS. And some very convenient ones (Z, X, C, F1, F2 etc) go to constant things like FD, Freezing Trap, Disengage, Pet Attack, Pet Follow.
With all the modifiers you can use, and bit of keyboard remapping to swap the positions of CTRL and Capslock, there are more than enough keybinds available to bind everything within reach of your left hand, with a few bound to a 5 button mouse. Just several useless types of tracking, pet summon/dismiss/res and stuff like Eagle Eye/Eyes of the Beast/Beast Lore/Tame Pet are left unbound.
Since this is the UI thread, here's what mine usually looks like:
Mods in evidence are:
macaroon (bar mod)
face shooter
aguf
grid+clique (switched to RDX for some fights, but usually I use grid+clique for better performance)
omen
recount
extensively modified version of HUD
forteXorcist
parrot
prat
trinketmenu
fubar
itemrack
buffed
If I need to see the rest of my buttons, they're all on a single bar at the bottom 20 pixels of my screen, where they show if I mouseover (that's why the frames near the bottom don't hit the edges of the screen).

Kraxis, an addon that would greatly help you (it helped me) is OPie.
It basically adds a few spells to one keybinding, which if you press it summons a ring in centre of screen by default (you could change it so it will always appear at your mouse pointer).
Think of hunter traps, aspects, various pet stuff (heal, feed, ress, dismiss) each added to one ring of their own.
In my case; F1 = aspects, (F2 = unused right now,) F3 = pet stuff, F4 = professions ring, B = traps, G = Volley/Flare/Freezing Shot (ground targeting abilities basically), the list goes on.
If you aren't sure what it is, go to the site I linked at the top and go to Gallery, watch the vids there. You will fall in love with it, at least I did

Just like alienangel, I am a dedicated keyboard user. My answer to your challenge uses Dominos and per character key mapping. I have one, permanently hidden bar that has key bindings for hearthstones, mounts (I use Squire so one key binding is enough), and professions with alt-sift-<key> bindings that use appropriate mnemonics, e.g. alt-shift-I (inn) for hearthstone (my alts have different professions, hence the per-character key bindings).
For the rest I use a single action bar with modifiers to swap in one of two alternate bars (shift & alt so as not to mess up my pet commands), which gives me 48 possible action buttons. With that and some judicious use of macros, e.g. I have a single macro for DragonHawk & Viper that uses /castsequence to toggle between them, I find I can keep everything handy to my finger tips, pull up an alternate bar if I can't remember where I put something, and still have almost to screen loss due to action buttons.
The only other thing I've done is deliberately put the action buttons into bars that are readily accessible with the default blizzard UI, i.e. the extra top and right bars. That way if a patch breaks Dominos horribly, I still have some hope of being able to play.

Another thing that I do ... and I'm a clicker as opposed to a keybinder ... is use Dominos' opacity features. Like, all my aspects are on one bar that I've altered to be shaped like a cube, and I've changed the mouseover opacity so that it is invisible until I mouseover the area.
That helps preserve viewable screenspace and yet still gives you your actionbar clicking.
I have, of late, re-ordered my actionbars around some since I last posted a screenie. The Opie addon sounds nifty ... will be taking a look at that soon

I know it has been a week but i noticed no one responded - I use an add on called power auras for things like Lock n Load, it will place an image of your choosing on the screen when you gain the buff, and has an option of a timer so you know how much time is left on the proc.
