That looks very much like Shadowed Unit Frames: Shadowed Unit Frames - Addons - Curse
At least you can make your party/raidframes look like that with SUF.

Probably Pitbull, considering it's in their addon list. It can also be configured to look like that.

Mine is similar to many on here it seems, but I use a small, in-combat-only bartender bar with omnicc to track cooldowns on my main shots. It's the smoothest solution I have found for keeping my best shots firing without delay.

Bartender - bars
Omnicc - cooldowns
Quartz - cast bars, autoshot, target debuffs
Pitbull - Target and Player units
MSBT - debuff alerts, scrolling battle text
SexyMap - minimap
Skada - threat/damage

The bottom one looks like Omen3 Threatmeter with no background. The top one I assume is some sort of actionbar mod, but I have no idea which one.

I think he means the lines seperating the two.

I have no clue and am also interested in this.

It most likey some kind of Kgpanel set up. How to do it, I myself do not know but it seems like it from what I have seen before.

Has anyone found an updated mod which reliably announces when a Tranq Shot fails to dispel?

Have tried Purgeatory and SimpleTranq and neither work the way they claim (and STranq hasn't been updated in years).

Check out this omgphatloots.org � Blog Archive � UI Tutorial: eePanels – Part 1 for the technique I believe used. Granted, this link is an old eepanel tutorial, but it should work similar with kgPanels.
