Anyone knows where to get this mod ?

It's not on Curse anymore, and I didn't find anything with a basic Google search either; I wonder why it was pulled? Anyone find it anywhere? Because now I'm curious. >.> <.<

You will need a display addon like Fortress, Barrel, Ninjapanel (or an LDB compatible addon like Titan Panel) to display it.
