Hmm I haven't done everything yet but
1) Boots changed to Boots of the Living Scale 2x Fractured ScarletRuby increase DPS by another 20 points.
it's kinda strange to see the Kill Shot glyph being inferior to Hawk (by 20DPS) and over a 100DPS to Steady. Same with the Runestone being 120DPS in front of "next best": Greatness.
Every 16ARP seem to boost your DPS by 30. I'm sitting atm on 918ARP at 8656DPS ... just by your gear (+BotLS).
I'm going to look if 620 is viable (trying to get the T8 4bonus).
-new-
With T8 spoulders and hands I'm at 8633DPS (-23DPS) but I have one talent point free which pitifully won't increase my DPS anyhow.
And yes there seems to be something "wrong" with the runestone calculation.
Regarding the Armor Pen list, I can't seem to replicate it. I was able to get close hand adjusting the Latency, but using 150 ms or 200 ms gets me no where near this. A sweet spot was found around 169 ms though, and I will continue to persue this. Please let me know if any of you have similar findings.
Ive been following the ArP talks and was curious if we dropped the 3 points in Arcane, would ISS be a decent place to put them considering we'd be firing off more steadys with this type of rotation?

Can you post the setup you used with 4 piece T8 please?
Not to drift too much, but is there any word on pets scaling with armor pen? Blizzard announced that pets would scale, but there was no mention of armor pen. If it does, you could add another 200dps (or so) to this build.
Edit: That is, assuming this doesn't get nerfed by the time the pet changes go in, which is likely seeing how quickly we're adding dps to it.

There has been no details given on this change. We'll probably not hear anything further on this until we get closer to the 3.2 PTR or if we're lucky, something will be discussed during the Hunter Q&A that will be coming up. Pets scaling with ArP would have to be carefully monitored since they would get such a huge boost in DPS, especially BM.
These are some very pretty numbers. However im very doubtful that they will apply in game. Has more than one person spent the gold to test the results of gemming for Arp compared to Agility and have actual in game results?

I don't think anyone will argue that BM needs a bit of a dps boost. This pet change may actually put all 3 hunter specs close(r) to one another in terms of PvE dps.
Another thing I'd like to add is that this MM build is heavily dependent on autoshots, which means latency becomes less of an issue. In turn "achievable" dps is much higher than, say, a SV build.

Yes, try the previous page button.
Edit: *More than one.
I'm giving it a shot when I get home, will report results.

I did yesterday. Im missing the most crutial part of the gear setup yet tho, the trinket. But all together, i replaced most(all besides 1) agi gems into ArP. Im happy with the result .Managed to pull like ~300-400 dps more than usual. (so from 6600 to 7000 on average, on Iron Council hardmode). I post the log today also, when it gets up. But it indeed is a noticeable dps upgrade to change.
@Drakbak
Using your ArP template I got 8079,52 dps (809 ArP) which is far less than the 8221,93 I get with the "traditional" agi stacking. Setting it to use the rotation test results instead of frequencies would put it above the agi trmplate - maybe you´ve been using this setting? In any case, please, please for whole new gearsets make use of the export feature and post the gearstring here.
@Beachwanderer
Turns out the biggest change to dps for the SV spec was switching from flask to exlixirs again. Changing those resulted in a yet higher dps for the original template than yours.

I rechecked my spreadsheet, and I was using the rotation test instead of frequencies. Disabling this took me down to 8245.11 DPS. There is a bug with v89e where the ArP effects from food/elixirs aren't being counted, so you still need to make a hand adjustment of a combined 85 ArP on the gear tab, that should make up the difference.
Oh, and i'll make sure to use the gear string from now on =P
Edit: Making the changes as suggested by Sin86 increase DPS to 8281.78

I'd be cautious about using the trinket if you're stacking a large amount of ArP. Anything past 620 passive ArP and the trinket proc will start putting you over the cap, essentially wasting ArP. The spreadsheet isn't capable of properly calculating the effects of Mjolnir Runestone as it would essentially require a full blown simulation. When i did napkin math on my build to calculate it's true value, i found that DMC: Greatness actually was better off since my ~900 ArP would be wasting virtually 1/2 of the trinket's effect.
I'd like to see this actually give an increase in dps in practice before I'm ready to accept this. To me this is looking like another cute spreadsheet thing, but doesn't actually show a significant increase on live servers. I've talked so some guys that say they've seen a slight increase from switching to straight ArP gems and one guy that says he has seen up to a 100 dps increase as marks from it, but still haven't found anyone that can show me proof of anything getting anywhere near the numbers that the spreadsheets are showing.
Now I realize the spreadsheet is going to be an inaccurate representation of what we can do in ulduar, but their should be atleast some measure of parallel between actual dps and spreadsheet dps.
@ Midnight
How do you plan to address the growing dps increase being calculated from the all armor pen gemming MM specs that are coming out? I'm already up to 8530.68 dps and I know some others have reported higher (although I have not found how yet, waiting on their official posts). Is it going to overwrite the MM template, or are we getting an "Armor Pen MM" template in your next release.

The ArP setups are intriguing, but they rely much more on the "ideal" nature of the spreadsheet than the normal setups do, thus to not completely make a joke of it I think the only way to really determine if ArP is a go or no-go is to test it. Have someone, with really good gear, get as close as possible to a solid ArP setup and then see what the results are between a normal setup and an Arp setup in actual live fights. You'd preferably need someone with ready WWS reports with a normal setup that could make the switch and post them for comparison, to determine if the ArP setups reliance on the ideal circumstances change the efficiency ratio of the spreadsheet. On a normal setup you lose maybe 15-20% dps from the spreadsheet to live transition, but that number is probably going to be slightly larger with an ArP setup.
This is yet another reason for us to have a WWS/WMO thread where we can post links to the highest dps we've been able to do while keeping a link to the confirmed highest numbers from each spec on the front page. The spreadsheet is useful for determining gear setups but gives a very inflated view of actual hunter dps. Seeing what people are actually able to push out in live would be a very refreshing change.
I am going to try Arp gemmed tonight. I am worried about how mobile you need to stay in most of the Ulduar 25 fights. Losing arcane in my rotation should prove to be a pain.
@Midnight - So are the Arp numbers coming out bugged? I already regemmed but I would like a verdict on Agil vs. arp
Hunter DPS 7431,11
Pet Dps 1049,15
Total DPS 8480,26
Race: Orc
Professions: JC/BS
Spec: 7/57/7
Pet: Wolf
Battle Elixir: Elixir of Armor Piercing
Guardian Elixir: Elixir of Mighty Thoughts
Food: Hearty Rhino NOTE: The spreadsheet is currently bugged and will not count the ArP rating from Hearty Rhino nor Elixir of Armor Piercing. In order to receive the effect, you need to Hand Adjust these on the gear tab for a combined 85 ArP rating.
Glyphs:
Glyph of Serpent Sting
Glyph of Steady Shot
Glyph of the Hawk
Have both of you taken out Arcane Shot from your rotation?
I have triple checked my setup, here some values to compare:
150ms
Crit vs lvl83: 52,23
Hit vs lvl83: 100,55%
ArP: 918 (including 85ArP via bufffood/elix.)
Haste: 56
Agi: 1774
AP: 3276
Glyphs: Serpent, Hawk and Steady
Hunter DPS 7590,79
Pet DPS 1065,20
Please post the full gear list. What you are showing is 8,655.99 dps, I have been playing with this on and off all day and can't seem to hit that number.
Neither could I reproduce, nor have I seen an ArP template with higher dps than the agi template using the original frequency based calculation in a spreadsheet. I didn´t check how much diffrence the bugged buff section makes though.

Arcane isn't disable on your cast bar when you switch to ArP. When you're running hit arcane, when you're standing hit SS.
