Using napkin math (without the spreadsheet), it can be easily predicted that Distant Land trumps over Bloodfall for MM spec. Using the non-heroic version, the difference in DPS-related stats between the two amounts to 32 AP + 16 haste (Distant Land) vs. 16 Agi (Bloodfall). Compared to SV, MM's Agi:AP DPS contribution per point tends to be lower, roughly ranging between 1:2 (1 Agi is worth 2 AP) to 1:2.5 , depending on gear level. As such, together with additional 16 haste provided by the weapon, Distant Land wins over Bloodfall. The DPS gap is even higher if using the heroic version, amounting to 32 AP + 24 haste (Distant Land heroic) vs. 16 Agi (Bloodfall heroic).
For SV however, the DPS gap between the two is a lot smaller. For SV, Agi:AP DPS per point contribution is a bit higher, generally reaching up to 1:3. Besides, SV can also utilize the added Stamina on Bloodfall, albeit not very much. As such, spreadsheet has to be used in order to find which of the two is better for SV.
